Bed was comfortable and the Breakfast was fantastic !

Yes!! I was charge for 2 nights and had only booked one. Also tired to take a shower in cold water then when the warm water came out, it was a trickle. It’s unfortunate because I had to get ready to go. It was room 914 on Thursday night.

I chose the hotel for location and amenities - I was working part of the day while my partner met with a client, and needed the space.

The "desk" in the suite was a table, and it was placed in a way that made the chairs unusable. There wasn't anywhere else to work.

I think the $27 parking garage is getting a little high.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big and accommodating, and the made-to-order omelets with breakfast was a great addition.

Handles fell off the drawers, safety latch was barely hanging on with loose screws, edge of carpet frayed and torn, bathroom faucet handles leak all over the counter, sinks needs Drano, and the lock box was missing cover, but everything worked ok.

Breakfast and staff were great.

Room decor and furniture looked worn and a little dingy.

This is definitely a place we will stay at again. The room is a bit dated but for the location and price we were very happy.

The only thing that would have made it nicer would have been the ability to charge phones/etc by the bedside. And the lighting in the living area is a bit dim without any overhead lighting. But it wasnt a big issue.

My room was not made up (bed not made and towels not replaced) 2 of 4 nights. I also left robe and nightgown in bathroom, which has mysteriously disappeared. Impossible!

several issues that severely impacted my comfort and well-being. The poor upkeep of the hotel was noticeable signs of neglect throughout the premises. The most concerning aspect was the pervasive odor of mildew and smoke on the floor & room.

The pool was disgusting. It smelled so bad like feet from not being cleaned , the smell was stuck in our hair and on our clothes. There was grime on floors and corners of pool/jacuzzi. There was also what looked to be a blood stain on the couch cushion.

The hotel is pretty old and the rooms were not updated at all. Our curtains were old and crusty. The bed was fine but the rooms seem like they have not been updated since the 90s.

Clean, neat, safe, quiet. Cook to order omelets and evening drinks are a great perk.

When paying that much for a room, wifi should be free. It is at every cheaper hotel and I don't feel there should be an extra charge.

While the morning breakfast is good. But please separate cooking veg omelet cooking station. you guys mix the meat with veg in when making omelets.
