- Location, and it was very nice looking, and clean.
- The hotel was beautiful! I wished we could have stayed longer. We had no idea what an exclusive area the hotel was in. We did not get an opportunity to use the $20 credit. When we return to Houston we will be staying at The Moran.
- The hotel was undergoing renovations, so the front desk staff worked diligently to overcompensate for what a mess the hotel was. They upgraded our room to a junior suite, and gave us a free bottle of wine. That was nice.
Cons -
- The bed was not comfortable and everything was very expensive at the hotel.
- The hotel itself was like a fancy motel six. The food was horrible, the bed was horrible, the quality of the amenities were subpar.
- The shower in room 1011 had no water pressure and was cold. Compounded by the fact that there is no shower door, this was the worst shower I have ever experienced. (First world problems, nonetheless)

I loved the location!
The shower in room 1011 had no water pressure and was cold. Compounded by the fact that there is no shower door, this was the worst shower I have ever experienced. (First world problems, nonetheless)
