Location, and it was very nice looking, and clean.

The bed was not comfortable and everything was very expensive at the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful! I wished we could have stayed longer. We had no idea what an exclusive area the hotel was in. We did not get an opportunity to use the $20 credit. When we return to Houston we will be staying at The Moran.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, so the front desk staff worked diligently to overcompensate for what a mess the hotel was. They upgraded our room to a junior suite, and gave us a free bottle of wine. That was nice.

The hotel itself was like a fancy motel six. The food was horrible, the bed was horrible, the quality of the amenities were subpar.

I loved the location!

The shower in room 1011 had no water pressure and was cold. Compounded by the fact that there is no shower door, this was the worst shower I have ever experienced. (First world problems, nonetheless)

I left my briefcase for work in room. Contacted hotel 24 hours after check out. Had to call multiple times to have the bag found.

The location is awesome. The hotel overall is very nice.

The furniture (sofa and chair is old and dirty looking), there were stains on the fabric chair, and the carpet is old and worn.

The location is amazing!Fabulous shopping and dining experiences are steps away. Great pool area. Beautiful outdoor patio off lobby with flexible seating that was perfect for a gathering I hosted for 12.

Restaurant closes at 11:00am and reopens at 5:00pm. Pool bar closes at 3:00pm.

The location for our staycation was great and staff was very friendly

The bed was not comfortable at all. Way too hard especially for the cost of the hotel and the star level my husband and I expected more luxury.

Location and friendliness is high marks. Clean and spacious with ample amenities.

Some fixtures were a little worn or loose. It says soundproof but could hear neighbors clearly.

1st night there no cable. 2nd night keys wasn’t working to get in my room and when I finally got in you could smell weed all in my room from The neighbors. Hotel never offered a discount only I’m sorry.

The desk staff was just ok, not very friendly

I like that this hotel offers walkability to some nice restaurants and shopping.

Its become a little run down. Used to be 4 star solid and now its a 3 at best. Their fixtures are cheap and now falling apart. The gym was gross not clean. My executives will opt to stay at a real 4 star like Zaza. This hotel used to be gold.
