The noise in the hallways and between rooms. We were on the first floor and it was pretty noisy during the night.

Yes I reserved a room for my cuzzin and when he checked in they only charged him the deposit and charged my card for his room so I¿m out there with only $20 had to send for money to get cause it takes 3 to 4 days for them to send the money back

That the AC was on before we entered the room. The room was nice and cold and not stuffy like most hotel rooms when you first enter them,especially since we're in the triple digits.

The heater didnt put out much heat. TV wouldnt turn on. View of the gas station and fast food restaurant was industrial.

Location requires a drive for any services other than a gas station and a Jack in the Box. Front desk had no change for the laundry.

All of the staff were great. The woman who made breakfast was very kind and the breakfast area was so clean. When I needed to change rooms after the first night, the manager and desk manager were great too.

A pair of my shoes have gone missing and I tried calling two days and nothing. Definitely not blaming anybody for stealing but if they weren¿t left by me (even thought I never took them out of my bag), you would think someone would have reached out to me
