- paint chips falling off the windows and just laying on the window sill (no cleaning); black areas areas in the shower corners and in a wall crack (hope it was not mold); overly expensive but that was due to a conference there
- The hotel has mold near vents and in the bathroom. It desperately needs to be painted and refreshed. There was not enough valet to accommodate, cars were wrapped around the hotels
- I thought the listing showed free parking, but there was none. We ended up parking on the street overnight. Also, the toilet had a leak, which we reported on arrival. They said they had called maintenance, but no one ever came until the next day.

It was downtown.
