The location is amazing,

Good location in downtown.

My room on the 24th floor was absolutely disgusting. The smell was unbearable — a strong, persistent odor of mold and dampness filled the room from the moment I walked in. The bathroom was even worse, with an extremely intense stench coming directly from the central ventilation system, making it nearly impossible to use.On top of that, the room had zero soundproofing. You can hear every single car from the road below, especially non-electric vehicles, as if the windows were wide open. This was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve ever experienced.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel! What truly made the difference was the breathtaking water view from our King room — absolutely worth it and greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Luna and Angel at the front desk for their kindness and availability. They really took our request into account, and we’re grateful for their attention to detail.The room was spacious, well-organized, and tastefully maintained. Housekeeping was always ready and helpful throughout our stay.The pool area was lovely — great ambiance and music — and we really enjoyed relaxing there. The food was also very good and a special mention goes to the bartender Giovanni, who was super professional.Overall, a fabulous experience. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so comfortable and relaxing!

An absolutely fantastic hotel, great location, high standards & the staff are brilliant. Can I say a special thanks to Erica Nelson, we arrived after travelling from England with our 2 young daughters, all very tired & she was amazing with all of us, I would definitely recommend this property,

Location, food, cleanliness and the room

Overpriced.

Excellent location. Comfortable room & bed. Amazing bathroom. Incredible views, although we were facing the highway. However it was west facing so we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Extremely clean (my standards are very high in this). The pool is very nice, and since it was our last day in our trip, we had the chance to finally relax and enjoy it 100% both in the evening and the next morning.

Coffee and hot bevareges are complimentary in the morning in the lobby, but I like waking up and having a cup before even getting dressed, so I missed having a coffee machine with complimentary tea & coffee in the room. However upon request they brought me a boiler. Although the lighting is very relaxing for the night time, I did miss some proper/ bright lights in the entrance, for example, to re-arrange my suitcase.

Location and room spacious

No amenties in thectoilet... no coffee machine and kettle for tes... in dining room timing limited... no oprions i dining room... no enough lightening in the room...

Staff are very friendly. They are great to the kids and helped us out when we had flights cancelled

I often stay at this hotel as I love the location, the fact that there is coffee available in the morning, they have loads of lounge areas, a nice gym, and all room types have a good view, even the pool ones.

The room that we were in this time (a higher floor) had broken doors in the bathroom, and some of the lights weren't working.What I generally don't like about this hotel is that you never have the ability to early check-in or late checkout, even if you ask in advance, and offer to pay for it. The reception desk seems under-staffed, the waiting time is longer than any hotel I've stayed at. The staff is a hit and miss, sometimes helpful, sometimes moody and rude.
