Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa

The staff was horrible. Continues power outages. They did not allow for 2 family members to visit us. Staff constantly checking for wristbands asking for room and ID. Having to constantly be harassed by staff has ruined my Cabo experience.

The mold smell is too strong. I had to change rooms because of it. It is very old. you can see old in furniture, flooring, tiles, swimming pool has tile damage. Breakfast buffet is poor. It is not a luxury hotel and I will not go back again

They charge extra for every little thing. Like if you have ice sent to your room. Restaurant is super expensive and super dissapointing. Beware of the boadwalk around the Marina. Youll see why.

Is cucarachas ? inside the room, and the hotel try to change us for Other hotel like isn?t nice but I don?t let them do it.?

nothing. paid for the room in advance. they did NOT have my reservation # or any rooms. they were sold out.

never got my room and I am requesting credit back for the reservation.

Rooms were a little outdated. There were plumbing issues. Toilet didn?t flush well. And draining the bathtub flooded the bathroom floor through a floor drain

Location really lets you walk around and explore restaurants and shops. We did not take all inclusive as we don?t drink that much and only do two meals a day.

The pool gets pretty crowded. The mattresses had a foam topper which made them too soft.

The location was the best right by the Marina and close to many restaurants and stores.

The hotel is a bit outdated. I was able to see that the room needs a bit deep cleaning. You can also hear clearly the people talking when they?re going by your room.

I invited my sister to come over hotel told me I had to pay 40 to have a guest I complained that I did know that I said I am an RCI member fee was waived

The lock on the bathroom window was broken the window fell open when we would open the bathroom door. There were a few roaches in kitchen and bathroom

It was close to everything. Nice welcome and help getting baggage out of the car and into the room. Great help getting back into the car to depart. The hotel had a warm atmosphere.

Our room smelled strongly of mildew, though it was very clean. One of the fans did not work. The safe did not work. Maintenance fixes we're going on above us and in front of us. We faced the street where heavy traffic was, car alarms went off.

Location, location, location! having a full kitchen to prepare breakfast and lunch.tired of eating out

no toilet brush! we requested one. it took a day or 2 to get it from house keeping. how do they keep the toilet hygiene for each of the rooms? no water kettle to boil water. front desk said they do not provide. alcoholic drinks by the pool too weak.

The door had to be repaired, the safe had to be replaced, the refrigerator temp could not be adjusted and drinks would freeze, and the room was very outdated.

The location was great and the resort was very clean.

The beds weren't very comfy but it wasn't a big deal. Some of the staff seemed to get a little indifferent because we didn't want to do the timeshare presentation. We still had fun!

Nice safe place. There¿s a grocery store in the mall about a 3 min walk away that is handy.

The hot tubs could be a little warmer. For the price, this is a great place.

Nice pool, and they offer fair prices on drinks, other hotels are more of a rip off. Good location, close to a lot of bars and restaurants.

1) They wouldn't allow you to eat at your seat by the side of the pool. They made us sit at a table. Strange! 2) When I wanted to sign up for high speed internet, they told me that someone would need access to my laptop to "program it". Also strange!

We loved staying here, it's location in the marina was perfect. All restraunts with in walking distance, close to town and shopping.

No we loved our stay and will probably book again.

Being on the first floor because we can walk right to the pool.

The AC was so loud but I guess it helped a little with drowning out the noise.. although it didnt help with screaming children from 7am-10am for three days straight. The beds were extremely uncomfortable too. Lots of other things!
