Tzaki hotel & restaurant Patras

Location and view was stunning!

Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke though our room was fine. Shower holder was broken.

Very nice view of Rio Anti-Rio bridge and you can hear the sea waves from the hotel.

The wifi signal wasnt very strong in the room.

Great location bed very comfortable tube was little small for me.

It was a wonderful location. The staff was wonderful. The Restaurant was limited, but we did go out of season. The rooms are small and they do need to be updated, but they were clean and the cleaning staff was always there every single morning asking if we needed our rooms cleaned and always gave us clean towels every single day. Front Desk always picked up the phone when they were needed. All in all it was a wonderful stay. And it was literally five minutes away from my father’s home. It also had its own private beach, which we did not use because it wasn’t the season.

Hotel has a nivce terrace with access to the sea. The view from the room was amazing. The bed was really confortable leading to a good rest.

The hotel has not been renovated for decades. Painting is falling and in some parts even the bricks are to be seen.

Not a place for holidays - just a night stay. Lot's of mold on the bathroom walls.

The view and proximity to the Sea was excellent, so was the food both at dinner and morning breakfasts.

The air-conditioning in room 112 did not work.

The hotel is right on the small beach, very big room.

The bathroom could be renovated, no electric socket in the bathroom, neither next to the bed. A bit poor breakfast.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near the water. The staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was fine.

I don't know if this was an off-season issue or not, but the air conditioner did not work, so I had to open the patio door. That turned out to be a poor choice because I got absolutely eaten alive by mosquitoes. I shut the door, but it was too late. I slept the best I could with the sheet over my head. Also, most beds in Europe are too firm for my taste, but this one was exceptionally hard - like trying to sleep on a pool table. In any case, at about 0430, I finally gave up and checked out.

Staff were wonderful, room was comfortable and spacious. Hotel was just gorgeous

Lovely tree shaded terrace overlooking the water for coffee and meals. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of dedicated parking.

Some of the furniture is shabby, but it still works.

The maintenance of the building is not done lately. The bathroom is a bit old

Staff is so wonderful! Front desk helped us everyday get taxi’s. Whole staff very friendly. Cleaning staff wonderful as well. Location is amazing!

Breakfast could be better. Would like more fresh fruit such as watermelon/ strawberries. Better hot items.

Really beautiful location, tasty meals in the restaurant but the best is helpful and nice staff.

. We booked a double room, but obtained a large suite. The breakfast was very good.

Such a large suite might have more electrical sockets.

The hotel is at the beach, and I was given the room most closely to the beach at the side away from the wind. It has been very cold this week, max temperatures around 6 degrees but because of the high winds the temperature felt was much lower. this seems to be exceptional. The staff was very helpful, at the reception, in the restaurant and also the ladies taking care of the cleaning.

The rooms are somewhat dated and because of the low temperatures, the room was also cold if one was not there for an extended time. the central heating was not on, it was just an air conditioning unit that had to do the job. This must be the exceptional, because most of the year it is fairly warm there.

Nothing really. At least staff was nice and helpful.Room space was decent.

Everything. Old, unmanaged, unmaintained, hotel that probably had better life in the past, but is in decay. Dirty bedsheets, cracks all over, old-fashioned, horrendous bathroom. You may think is fair for the money, but is not. The beach by the hotel isn't taken care of neither.
