- The people at the front desk were very polite and great.
Cons -
- Staff-mainly the guy that was working the desk when I checked in
- There was no room service, except for they would remove my towels and never return.
- Took six days to get the room cleaned, took out our own trash. Credit card used to hold reservation was to be used only to hold and then would use the arriving guest's cc. Not. The original card was charged immediately. Terrible experience all the way!!
