I love the garden, pool, buffet, and closeness to the beach

One of the beds was very hard

The staff was cordial, however I felt the service lacked inclusion into the offerings of the hotel. The pool was fun but the lines at the pool bar were ridiculous and filled with too many barely 21 types.

No room service, the food was the worst we've ever had! Positively GROSS! We were dying for great Mexican food and never had any. The drinks are watered down. They don't clean your room but once in four days. There is no introduction to what you offer.

The hotel has 3 levels of all inclusive. You will be rejected if you try to use a restaurant not associated with your package you will be denied .Also the beds on this resort has bed bugs.

Before we had multiple restaurants to choose from, but this time we only had a couple. All the others were either excluded or had an extra charge

The beach

It is impossible to make reservations No room service. We had to call twice to get clean towels and water. They charge my one year old for another room. We could not keep my babe in the original room we booked.

The food was god awful, they never stocked our mini bar over the 4 days though we asked a total of 9 times. No jacuzzis in the whole place. Overall, though it was really awesome trip. Everything else is great.

The room (4618) had a good bed, good shower, and the AC kept the temperature selected. The landscaping and layout were amazing as well as the padded lounge chairs by the pool.

Many of the staff are just grumpy. A few were exceptional and we tipped accordingly. Trying to get waters and sodas for the room was extremely difficult. The food was not good. Taste was bland, or just plain yuck! We found a few things that were palatable

Horrible experience for our second time. The hotel room was dirty,tub would not drain,door did not have the extra security lock, our mini bar came empty! There was no sense of urgency to resolve our problems once reported. Buffett was a mess and not good

Room My room was leaking rainwater for 4 days None came to fix Any service or help we ask in the was not delivered We need towels and I had to go personally to pick it up

The rooms were smaller than motel standards, with problems like a malfunctioning fridge and bathroom mold. Worn furniture and poor cleanliness added to the disappointment. Food and drinks were unsatisfactory, with limited options and watered-down drin

the Location and (little bars and snacks food, burgers, ceviche, fried chicken) around the swimming pools

Bad experience whit this hotel staff on front of the entrance like sharks harassment future guesses to be a member, they say is not a (time shared) they get mad and call supervisors, almost not let me go to my room after do the check in.

The landscaping was beautiful. And hippie chicks snacks were good.

The food at the buffets were barely edible and appeared to be just reheated/repurpoosed and served again at the next meal. The drinks were flavorless and watered down. Just a few of the negative things at this hotel. Will never return or recommend

The location and all inclusive is nice.

Our room flooded from the rain. The staff did not seem to treat it like an emergency. It took 3 trips to the front desk/concierge to get anything to happen. We got a new room but the toilet didn't work. It took 2 hours for maintenance to show up to repair

Shows .. the shows were fantastic .. the grounds were very pretty

Food was not so good and drinks were bad . Alit of places that you couldn¿t go in resort ¿ a problem . No safe ! Troyes to charge us --- for our stay for the safe . The 100 environmental fee ?! Right another way to get money . I wouldng

We had a great experience overall! The beach and pools were wonderful and there were lots of bar options.

Our only complaint was the food was not great and a few of our friends got food poisoning.

Did not like anything As walk in the hotel it smell like meal dew with sigarret. Got there after flying all day the receptionist couldn¿t find us. Then they said that they only had a 1 bed room for me and my 3 children cause they where super full

Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The hotel was full of young adults drunk and exposing them selfs. A very loud hotel. The recetionist said she couldn¿t help us cause it was 1st come. My self and children where exhausted and hungr

That it was next to the beach.

It was extremely dirty. The shower heads were rusted. The hallways always smelled like vomit. There would randomly be vomit throughout the hotel on the floors and vomit in the pool. Some staff was extremely rude. Worst food I have ever had in my life.

Location was okay

Room was not to the hotel standard. We had issue with balcony sliding door. Either it will not slide or close back; we call 3 times for this issue and filled out a complaint. Someone will come to fix it temporarily, but the issue wasnt fixed permanentl

Location. The ocean looks stunning. Its beach is also nice . We were able to enter a Restaurant that require reservation only to find our they upsell food and drinks, if you don¿t purchase you get no proper service, they mostly ignore you.

Check in process took 2 hrs. The ocean view was nothing like pictures show. Partial, mostly looking at a building in front of us. Door to balcony was so worn out that could open only with extreme force. Room a/c super noisy and linens and towels stun

It was a horrible experience and will never be staying at this hotel again. There were no bedsheets and it was cold. I am sick due to this. Not acceptable. Requested 2 times with no update. Complained and didnt get an answer.
