Temptation Cancun Resort - All Inclusive - Adults Only

The rooms were dirty and not updated. I paid for all inclusive and half the restaurants were always closed due to not enough people at the hotel, which is unfair to the rest of us and should not be happening.

The food and location

I had a debit card and a credit card. I asked the associate which one would be faster to She stated three days for debit. so I gave her my debit card. THEN upon checking out. I was told it will take up to 30 days to get my money back NOT COOL!

Each day was a theme party and things to do

the price of the items in the gift shop are very expensive a swim suit is over ---$. if your not a member you don't get top shelf alcohol

Best things are the pool parties and theme nights!

The midday food could be a little better. The beef was cooked way too long.

People were very helpful

That they should explain about the $400 down as you check in which was not explained at all before arrival.

Party experience for sure. Drinks were good, food was pretty decent not 5 star food but very good. Entertainment was excellent.

Servers at Romanza, Sea Flirt, and Flame Steakhouse restaurants were awesome. The food was good as well.

Food at Rain restaurant sucked. Leak from the vent in our bathroom after a hard rain. $10 charge for free room service. Standing in line for an hr to get a reservation at She or Hibachi. Security constantly on your back about your phone.

The constant loud music by the pool. I saw people wearing earplugs and other people there also said it was way too loud. It made it hard to talk with other people. And I didn?t like the pressure to go to the timeshare meeting.

Absolutely nothing

The water in the hotel is abolsoluty nasty the plumping is messed up which cause it to smell like rotten eggs. The food is nasty people only say it¿s good because they don¿t know what real good food taste like this place is for old dirty swingers.

The staff and the people were amazing. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment and the free flowing drink and party atmosphere!

We did reserve a king bed but when we got there they put us in a room with 2 double beds. I not sure howbthat happened since we got there 5 hours ahead of our reserve and came to the front desk right at check-in time. I was disappointed with the food

Staff, cleanliness round the clock food and drinks

The food. The staff. The room was very old but still ok. The people at the resort are very friendly Americans

The Best part of the resort is the free sprit that the resort offers. The Staff were very friendly. The drinks were amazing and low wait time during partying.

The band platform. The limitations offered by having a purple band versus a Black band. The room states garden view but there is no garden. The food was not good.

Girls and the swingers and the pool

The front desk staff was very rude we ran into a situation where my friend was leaving early and they held his taxi hostage because there was a tab left open under my name under my reservations. No manager was avilable to talk to almost felt like a game

The people watching at the pool is the only reason to stay here.

The food was terrible and my wife barely ate, even at Flame, the steak restaurant We stayed here four years ago and the food was amazing. It has REALLY gone down hill. Also, you face HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics to enrol in their expensive ¿non timeshare¿.

We are very satisfied staying at Temptation Cancun, like how clean was everything the pool, rooms around the resort and the beach, all the staff are so nice with everyone and the play marker make us feel very confortable.

Just it's will be nice if they have more than just one ATM machine

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The staff was friendly. The evening theme parties were a lot of fun. I definitely recommend getting a tower room and access to top shelf. Overall fun party vibe.

Our room felt like it was in a basement and the view was of the parking lot. The balcony has zero shade and was directly in the sun. The beach is terrible. It is more like a bay with dirty brown/green water. Pools were like bath water.

This hotel is a misrepresentation. It was not all inclusive for regular guests. You must pay for a membership to be premiere to be able to use all inclusive and all of the facilities there. The staff was horrible. We have been threatened one evening by ot
