The location, the staff

There was a wedding midweek, and the reception was right above our room. Very loud. Glad we did not have a young child with us otherwise it would have been bad. The food was ok, but not overly impressed for the long lines there were.

The staff was super nice. The drinks were awesome. The food was pretty tasty. The resort was very very clean and was a wonderful vacation resort. I have no complaints. I would definitely visit Panama Jack again.

My room didn't look like the picture online,and the food wasn't food also it wasn't a ocean view like I paid for, the room haves a funny odor.... they are very rude here my kids got stuck in a elevator this was the worst trip I have ever been on

Location was perfect and staff was excellent!

Food is terrible - All buffet & only 2 ala carte restaurants (Mexican & Italian) which one was closed for dinner during my stay. Also, the pool is tiny as well.

We enjoyed our room and the VIP room with snacks and drinks. But we had to pay extra when we got to the resort for this.

Food was not great. Only one adult pool that closed early and was full of kids. No swim up bar. Bad bar drinks. No nightly adult entertainment. Def not a 4 star resort. Advertised activities were not correct. Was VERY disappointed for the price we paid.

It had rooms available (we needed a last minute reservation because a flight was cancelled) and the all-inclusive price was very reasonable.

The first room they gave us smelled like glue. The room we ended up in was fine but it felt like it had seen better days. It was clean but due for a remodel IMO.

The staff was outstanding. The pools and beach were absolutely gorgeous and clean. Even though the hotel was at capacity, our room was very quiet. The room was beautiful with very cold air conditioning and a huge bed! We had a beautiful ocean view.

The food was not the best I've ever had; I'd give it a 7/10

I was very pleased with the prompt service and the glass of champagne as we were getting checked in. Also the view from my room was nice the hotel food was great,so were the alcohol drinks..

Din't get the Jr suit I was told and there was water leaking from the roof into the closet but they fixed it right away.

Our room upgrade and the all inclusive alcohol was a plus.

The water is ALWAYS rough here. So if you want calm safe water for kids do not stay here! Stay at RIU. The hotel staff were unprofessional and the food is AWFUL! Domino's Pizza down the street kept us from starving!

I reserved and paid for a family suite and they charged me additional for every person over their maximum 2 adults occupancy. Doesn't make sense as this is a family suite. Not a happy camper

The food in every restaurant was borderline disgusting.

It was very clean.

The concierge was wonderful to us.

They were not customer-friendly. I will never stay here again.
