They do not give you a Wi-Fi code when check in. Elevators don’t work There were no towels available at both locations no chairs available. So the basics are not covered then they promise you flowers and fruit basket in your room that you do not receive

I love how sweet the bell service was. I loved all the events you had to choose from.

I do not like how the ladies in the shop next to the kid's pool watched you shop. My husband and I were looking at shirts and purses and bracelets and the ladies would stare at us and stand next to us.

Friendly staff. Always available to assist us.

The room smelled musty maybe due to humidity.

Staff, Adult floor rooms, 8th floor VIP lounge, Adult pool area, there is always chairs available by the pools, Food at the French, Italian & the Fisherman's restaurants, Breakfast at the convention center & VIP lounge, Entertainment at the MX restaurant.

Speed of the internet. Speeds were; mbps download .12-17.5 upload .14-37.4 in the room. Bathroom mold smell, Making 8am reservations at the restaurants, (many days at 8:05am no more tables were available & the food at the MX & steak house restaurants.

Adult pool area and kids pool areas.

I booked a 2 bed hotel room but received a king bed and had to request a roll away bed for proper accommodations. Also the jetted bathtub did not have hot water or working jets. #2623

Location and ocean front property was beautiful. Room was comfortable. Food was just okay and generally cold due to the freezing temperatures in all restaurants. It was so bad we were ordering hot water to keep our hands warm. It should be comfortable

Every Restaurant was freezing cold it got me and my wife sick in the end. When I say freezing cold I mean 17 degrees C or 62 degrees F. WAY WAY TO COLD. It was so gold that at night when it was 70 to 72 outside due to cold front in Cancun that when you

Beautiful view, I was on the 8th floor and could see everything from my balcony. the room was nice and had a jacuzzi tub.

If you get there before 3pm you're waiting until 3pm, no early check in. get a Pina Colada or ten. a large number of restaurants are advertised, but the reality is you get a snack bar or the buffet and scramble for a reservation at 8am sharp and before 2

Hotel workers were friendly and helpful most of the time.

Hotel is Too large, In room Hot tub partially worked, Very noisy during the day due to Pool exercise classes and loud PA system.Food was substandard, Drinks were very watered down, Kids were everywhere. Hotel front desk does not answer phones.

The location

The staff does not goes out their way to accommodate your needs. They would not try to give me a room before 3 pm (check in time), when they gave the room was extremely bad and I had to complain to be change to a room at the remodeled building.

location was great, staff were friendly, it was clean, lots of food, plenty for the family to do a the resort.

the beach chairs weren't that comfortable, the nightly entertainment wasn't as good as I thought it would be and morning yoga is not on the beach- its poolside. The night club staff were great except the DJ, even with a tip hard to get him to play request

The beach is beautiful and very close.

It was disgusting. There was a cockroach at the dinner table and the food was gross. Poor design for folks looking for an adults-only experience.

Location - easy access to bus, convenience store, El Rey ruins, CANCUN sign. Friendly and helpful staff. Good activities and entertainment (especially for families).

The reservation said we would have bathrobes & slippers in our room. We did not, and requested them a few times - but they were never delivered. Also, the reservation said we could go on a lunch boat trip in the lagoon, but the hotel no longer offers it

Friendly staff

We were placed in an adjourning room. We could hear all conversation and noise from that room. Not good.

The beach and location was good. There were a few friendly and wonderful staff which we made sure to return being friendly and tipped well win win. The specialty restaurants had decent food. Pools clean. Fun entertainment.

There was many staff not friendly and acted very bothered with any questions or requests did not want to help. At check in staff was rude, not friendly and did not seem to care to start anyone off with a good experience. we tip well and they missed out

The food and restaurants were good and fun to try. If you have any concerns they will go unnoticed. The location was very good and the staff in the food areas were very good.

We had a room with adjoining doors and the family next door was very loud. We tried several times to get it resolved but in the end it was a very bad mark for the hotel. They were so loud that it sounded like they were almost in our room. Not much sleep.

The people there were alil rude and the food was nasty. Almost everything we ate was nasty.
