Friendly and supportive staff, good communication. Free parking behind the hotel (but we missed the small street leading to the biergarten initially)

Good price for a simple but comfortable room which includes very good (warm & continental) breakfast. Quiet (rooms back of the building). Free parking behind the building (may fill up towards the evening). Easy walking to the city (10 minutes). Early check-in (12 noon). Bathroom has walk-in shower.

Rooms on upper floors without elevator - must carry luggage upstairs. No refrigerator or safe in the room.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast very good - there was a small ventilator in the room, which was great while temperature was just below 30.

The location, near a big street and the inner city was not as dog friendly as I thought. Frankenthal seems to have lots of 'no dog welcome' green spaces. A bit weird.

Closeness to town and amenities

We had a second floor room and no lift, luckily managed well.

Super contact with the hotel, easy to find, free parking, nice spacious room, nice shower , it was old fashioned but that was the charm, we didn't stay for breakfast but looked really good . Dogs allowed at no extra charge ?Great restaurant close by , dogs allowed ?

The room was really hot but not the fault of the hotel. A fan was provided...A kettle in the room would have been handy...

Perfect stopover on our way back home. Comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly staff (even with a mistake we made when checking in our rooms late night). Very good value for the price.

Flexibility in the time for check-in, as I was traveling with uncertainty about the arrival time. The staff are friendly and helpful. Value for money is unbeatable.

Room facilities e.g. bed and shower etc getting very outdated and not optimally maintained e.g. water pressure in the shower. Breakfast is a traditional German-style layout of bread, cheese, and meat slices. Not very appealing to the younger or more international tastes. Good coffee options e.g. cappuccino or espresso would also be nice. I'd be willing to pay more for these things, but I think that others might not be.

The price is too high for such place.

The room was a generous size, and the ensuite shower room was shiny and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Matthias on reception. The location was an easy walking distance from restaurants.

Beds were good and we surprisingly work at 6 am to the smell of a bakery downstairs. Very nice. Had a good night sleep. Breakfast was better than average.

Our room was in a separate hotel building 300m away. Felt strange to walk with lugage from the hotel to another hotel in a city.

Breakfast was amazing. Nice big room.

Water in the shower was slightly cold.

I booked the hotel because I saw good reviews and did the right thing! I recommend it to everyone - it is the best ratio of price and service! Clean, spacious room with snow-white linen! And the main thing is silence, it is very important for me! I will stop here again! Pleasantly impressed!

Well priced budget hotel in excellent location to the city and access to road system. Free parking. Very good breakfast. Beds a little hard but comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff

Internet disconnected at night and sometimes evening. Hard mattress may be an issue for some guests. Cleanliness could be improved (some cobwebs).

The "Budget Single Room with Shared Bathroom" it's not on the main site, but on another location in the city center. The room size was good, and had a shower inside the room (just the toilet was outside). Internet connection was OK. Possibility to park the car behind the main hotel/restaurant. The staff was very helpful.

Room 6 (usually I don't remember numbers, but maybe it's just this one that has the "problem"). The noise isolation that it's coming from the street it's inexistent, which is not common in Germany because of the double windows.Long time that I didn't wake up so many times during the night because of the noise outside. So, an early check-out didn't sounded bad at all on that day.But it's like I said: Room 6 of the annex hotel.
