Cons -
- When first used in the late afternoon it took nearly five minutes for hot water to arrive in the bathroom sink.Plus, there was a duct work rattle in the air handling (HVAC) unit that was a bit annoying.The valet process was very congested and not very timely.

The cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning staff were outstanding.! The two eating establishments on the first floor were exceptional!! The location of the hotel was excellent. There are lots of things to see and do close to walking distance of the hotel. Anything else is no more than a 10-20min drive.
The mattress was too soft.
