The location of the hotel.

Yes, there were kids riding the elevator up and down causing guests to wait for over 30 minutes just to get to their room. Finally a security guard came but wasn?t really helpful.

I love the location.

The staff was not accommodating and the room was dirty. There was a pair of dirty underwear under bed. Rob had makeup.

Location to walk to casino and restaurants. It's a shame Roast is closed as that had good food.

There was party room on our floor at 1am and it was loud. There is no button on phone to contact front desk and when asked, they said they don't answer phone at night. I had to go down 17 floors to get security to close down party. unbelievable bad

I loved the location. We were ale to walk to our diner reservations at Cliff Bell's and then later on to coney island to grab some late night snacks.

Professional and friendly staff. Room was impeccable. Parking in the structure was validated.

The location, amenities and the doorman that was working the evening of 3/8/2022 were awesome.

The front desk staff gave up on getting my digital door key that the Vonvoy app offers to work correctly.

The staff was very prompt, polite, and informative.

Pillows were pretty flat and the best wasn't the most comfortable. Not the worst though.

It met my expectations almost perfectly.

I probably would pay more money to be around fewer people in the future, FWIW. Valet, neat feature - takes forever to leave when a gaggle of unmasked people are checking out. We bought drinks at the bar and took them to our room- because the bar was full.

They charge for everything! Parking is $25 and you can¿t come and go! Valet is $35 you are able to come and go! No bellmen!!! They charge $14.50 a day for the use of the internet! No liners in the ice bucket or trash cans!!!!

Bathroom wasn't very good. Counter space was poor. TV was limited. Too high priced for the value.

Checked in late, around 11pm, and there was no valet service/attendees available. Also, no food service options available at that time. Bathrooms could use some updated showers/tubs.

The rooms were clean. The parking attendant was very helpful. The gym room was good+. The water area.

Way to far from car to lobby. Parking charge. Front desk woman was rude and apathetic. All the bathrooms were locked. Elevators smelled like urine. A pathetic continental breakfast...why even have one. Wanted 15.00 for wi-fi. Not even pen or paper in roo
