- The location of the hotel.
- Have stayed here numerous times and the consistancy is wonderful
- comfortable beds... friendly staff
Cons -
- Yes, there were kids riding the elevator up and down causing guests to wait for over 30 minutes just to get to their room. Finally a security guard came but wasn?t really helpful.
- The front desk staff was rude at check in. Everyone else was great it wa shut them
- The staff was not accommodating and the room was dirty. There was a pair of dirty underwear under bed. Rob had makeup.
