Fast check in. Clean and comfortable rooms and beds!
The bathroom light is very bright. Would benefit from better soft lighting option

Room was clean
Room was good, but only 1 bottle of water was offered for the whole stay! Again that is simply ridicules. Even third world countries give you water every day! Towels were ok but considering this is a 5 star hotel they should have been MUCH better. Also, Paying $50 for self parking per day is simply ridicules. I highly suggest for the hotel management to travel to Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi or Abu Dhabi to learn more about how the hospitality industry is now servicing their guests and more specifically about what guests expect from staying in a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful property, great location.
I booked a room that had a view of bridge and ocean. Did not get that, but paid the same. I did not complain as it was for one night only.

The room was clean. The TV was nice. The view was excellent. The little perks such as free water. The $15 room credit. The hotel was beautiful. I did not know Hilton had such an upscale hotel.
The maid came knocking at our door at 9:45am to see if we had checked out she kept knocking until we opened door. We did not like it one bit. 11am is checkout time not 9:45am

The service was excellent. Room was conventional and clean. Bathroom was nice, shower was wonderful. Calls placed to the front desk were answered promptly.
Hilton boasts a 'view of the bay' in the room description. We were looking at hundreds of shipping containers on the cement pier extending 200 feet out into the bay. Felt like we were in an industrial district. Shower towels were scratchy and graying. On site restaurant was very pricey, i.e. $12 for a bowl of oatmeal -- breakfast ran over $50/person.

The hotel's location and proximity to the city center and entertainment areas
Some things I didn't like:First, the hotel staff didn't inform me upon arrival that we had bottled water, nor did they give us special cards for it. They didn't tell us about the Kik and bikes until the next day, by chance. The rom wasn't properly cleaned. The parking lot is located near the price sign, so the hotel charged us the highest price without any benefit. The pictures on the site say the room is looking at the bridge but in reality I find a port and train station in my main view.

Room was very clean. Hotel location and view from room were great! Bed was comfy. Bathroom could maybe use an upgrade? Facility was neat and convenient. Loved the Starbucks on the first floor (was never crowded). Easy in and out of the hotel. Concierge was SUPER kind and helpful!
The pool and hot tubs seemed dirty and the water smelled strange. It was pretty crowded and '"rowdy" too, but it was a holiday weekend when we were there. The restaurant was a little disappointing too. Had a long wait (hostesses were a bit rude) and they wouldn't let us sit outside - only people with dogs could sit on the patio? When there were PLENTY of tables outside vs inside.

Nice location, clean, comfortable rooms
Very annoying that I’d booked a room that “included breakfast”, except it doesn’t. They give you a $25 voucher, which really doesn’t get anything. By the time you’ve got something to eat and a drink, there’s still a lot to pay to cover very high Gratuity expectations and a surcharge.
