- Furniture in the room was outdated and broken… sofa bed was on an angle and not usable But we didn’t arrive until 11 PM so we just dealt with it I’m shocked at Hilton would pull this nonsense
- Customer service gave us a new renovated room.
- Registration process super fast and accommodating. Staff was super attentive and nice. I loved that we were able to check in early. We would be back for sure .

- Outdated rooms and broken down furniture. Elevator is not working.
- The first villa was not cleaned with very worn out furniture which was not advertised on the website. Customer service also charged me twice for the incidental fee $450 which I am still waiting for a refund. I will not stay here again!!!
- The room was super outdated, the bed was hard as a rock, the kitchen was greasy/grimy, the stove was dirty, the timeshare people were pushy.

The grounds are beautiful and the property is close to Disney, if that is what you are looking for on your trip. The room had a full kitchen.
