Breakfast was OK

Some of the staff were really not very engaging and should maybe consider a career change . Maybe it's because we don't speak German.

Convenient for stopover. Friendly staff. Good food. Nice room with balcony.

Well situated in a nice quiet location. The new pool and spa facilities are wonderful after a long drive. Great breakfast and dinner menu.

Lovely small village, nice riverside walk for my dog just 5 minutes from the hotel.Very good location for overnight stop on our journey. Nice views and beer garden

Very busy restaurant for buffet style evening meal.the food was well cooked, but as a vegetarian it wasn't good value for money.Rooms not well soundproofed, so very noisy early in the morning with other guests in corridor

Room hygiene, the saunas weren't working and swimming pool was only open at certain times. 10-14h.

Nice botel near Koblenz, wonderful breakfast buffet, quiet location, good beds.

Work on the swimmingpool and saunas, no access (still had to pay the same amount for the rooms). Would have been liked to be warned in advance by either Booking.com or the hotel to make a better informed decision (or at least have a reduction on the total price).

Staff friendly, rooms comfortable, breakfast fabulous, excellent location just far enough off the motorway in the Mosel valley. I sadly only stayed one night on my way back to Rotterdam ferry,great underground parking lot for my motorbike , I also liked the swimming pool ?

We stayed yust one night. The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The location was perfect for our trip as a stay over. The Dinner was in the nice outside restaurant. The white wine was unexpected good, so i bought a Box of wine to bring it home with me.

There were some drunken noisy people in the Hotel very early in the morning at about 02.30am. They couldnt find find their rooms so the tryed their key to open our room. I woke up and spoke to them and brought them to their room.....

Outstanding hotel - facilities were excellent especially the pool and sauna. Food and service were also very good - special mention to Petra who looked after us at breakfast (outstanding customer service). Plan on coming back.
