Food was good and Doctors Cave Beach across the street

The rooms were very run down, the balcony door would not close and the air conditioning was leaking in the balcony. The resort needs repairing and cleaned.

Yes the hot water didn't work there was no elevators there and the food was horrible

Staff was rude. Check us in after 6pm. Refused to give us a refund on our moldy hotel room, which gave me an upper respiratory infection.

Staff: housekeeper, bartenders, reception,Chef

Street noise, no elevator to 4th floor, dated decor, poor fish selection for dinner, aggressive, vocal drug dealers across the street that approached/hassled you on the way to the beach.

The food and the staff was amazing

The bathroom could use some painting the towels are so dingy and dirty they need to go in the garbage checking in was 2 hours late but the staff was very helpful

I’m very disappointed that they did not let me cancel when I booked the wrong date .. on top of that they didn’t let me cancel the same day. They did not inform me that the pool was being under construction, which is false advertising.

The whole hotel needs to be refurbished.. everything looks worn down definitely never staying there again

The price, the outside landscaping, nice hot showers, nice sheet.

Horrid pillow, endless noise in every space it was lovely but no where was it serene... Endless until evening. The food is Jamaican food. If it's not your thing there is fruit and pastries at breakfast. Lunch there is grill up near the pool.

It was not to far from the airport and it was all inclusive. But the price was too high

The pricing for the hotel was a bit high. the room didn?t have a phone, the balcony door was slight off track, the pool was small and not really clean.

The staff were hospitable.

For a 3 star hotel, I expect it be on the level of a Hampton Inn or similar. This hotel was more like a motel. The door was cracked, everything was rusty, the walls were cracked, the shower backed up, the air conditioner sounded like helicopter blades.

The food and drinks

They had no phones in the room, also a staff member used keys and walk in the room saying I must check out, then they apologized for the mixup.

The central location, all of the staff were amazing and the amenities were exceptional.

The only thing was the no elevator aspect as I have chronic pain issues.

Location

HVAC unit was frozen and leaking in the room, it took maintenance more than an hour to show which was after 11pm. We were moved to a different room that didn't meet the expectations of the reservation originally placed.

The ceiling was dirty the tiles in the bathroom needs grouting anthe face basin need proper cleaning.

It is clean and fresh fantastic view staff was superb food was excellent

WiFi wasn?t working properly call drop while you on the phone talking

The staff were friendly. The Jamaican food was good. Doctor?s Cave beach was across the street and so beautiful.

The bathroom needs to be updated. Parts of exterior of the hotel were in disrepair.

The staff were very friendly, always willing to help. The food was above average and offered a wide variety each day.

The hotel is in major need of renovation. It is outdated and the rooms were too. The bathroom didnt have any where to hang the clothes. The pool area needs renovation. The pool table and sticks smelled so moldy, you could not play on it.

The staff, very nice super friendly! Helpful talkative they are truly what makes the experience worth it. Every single staff was nice and not pushy

The rooms are outdated, and our room had bugs in the bed. We got moved and the bathroom was questionable

Drinks and location

The stairs, no elevator and some of the rooms need renovation. They need better management when it comes to room arrangements I booked two suites was told at check in the would be close but they were on opposite side of the hotel and definitely not close
