The location was great to where we needed to go.
The television didnt work none of the channels would stay on. We told front desk they were supposed to send someone up but no one came. The staff was very stuck up and rude when asking for help. There was one bell hop who was polite but every one else very snobby. I mean for spending the amount of money to book this room the television should of worked properly. The front desk was very rude tried to ask about parking and they were too busy needing my credit card. He spoke over me and never really answered my question. We come to Houston a lot and this place was our go to. This time it was different and the vibe was horrible. Needless to say this will probably be our last stay at this hotel. The Embassy across the street looks pretty good. Might have to check them out.

Everyone was really nice, and everything was really clean. The location was great, close to everything downtown. We had a perfect view of the Discovery Green park area. The swimming pool was nice, and our 4 year old son loved relaxing in the hot tub.

Great location, bars and fitness room.
Air conditioning in the rooms is catastrophic. Very load right next to your head with high temeprature variation. Didn‘t matter which temperature wenselected., it was always going up and down by many degrees so a constant fluctuation of hot and cold.

We prefer a bed that is more firm. I understand that we are at a hotel, but it was to soft for us.

Great location
For the price I paid, I would like the restroom to be clean. When I walked in, there was a used bottle cap in the sink, a someone used eye contacts on the floor, which made me question the cleanliness of the room.
