- ease of access to George R. Brown Convention Center
- Location
- There is a lot to love about this hotel. Location is perfectly located near a lot of things such as the convention center, discovery park, Toyota center, House of Blues, and so much more. Starbucks, restaurants, spa, rooftop lounge and terrace.

- None
- Misunderstanding when woken up at 7am by a staff member saying we weren’t supposed to occupy the room we were in, but it was handled very professionally and respectfully by other staff.
- No, complaints really. Just awareness for people wanting to go swimming. Swimming pool is not heated. Even though it was 90 degrees and higher outside the pool was freezing cold with it being indoors.
