New, clean, comfortable. Loved the taco restaurant connected to the hotel.

We wished the pool were open until 11pm instead of 10pm because we really wanted to swim after dinner each night.

The hotel was very clean.

Yes. We were given a very ungly handicapped room, but I had requested a regular standard room with two queen beds. The room # 1501 did have the two queen size beds, but the room had a huge empty space. We had no sofa or arm chair to sit down. Bad room.

No parking availability, No Valet parking when you need it, no microwave, and no working elevator, stuck getting in and out of location

Elevators were miserable. Either not all working or over crowded due to a huge conference. Good trash from conference participants was everywhere.

The beds are too hard. That is the only downside. As a side sleeper, these beds kill my back and hips.

The amenities were well maintained, the staff was kind, and there was daily housekeeping. I really enjoyed that there was a peloton in the gym.

Massive confusion regarding the Austin Taco Project restaurant. All the signs stated it was closed but we could order the menu from their second restaurant. Some staff said we could order while others said we could not, or that it was already open.

They had a nice pool.

Shower faucets are labelled backwards. Waited 10 min. for hot water. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. No hand soap. Front desk never answers phone. No body wash in shower. Glob of hair in the bathroom. Makeup mirror light didnt work

Great location in the heart of downtown. Great restaurant on-site. Easy parking.

Outrageous parking fee of $50 for someone staying at the hotel. The shower drain wasn?t working properly. Bathroom sink was scalding HOT!!!

It's was clean and the floors are solid. No echo when you walk. The size of the room and the view was a plus.

Great location. Staff that held my bag for my late flight was especially friendly.

The location is amazing, the hotel was clean and the bed an pillows were comfy.

There was a fire alarm Sunday morning. We rushed out in our pjs and ended up standing on the street with no instruction from hotel staff. We finally went to the lobby and were rudely told it was a false alarm. Bad communication and rude front desk staff.

I love the Hyatt Place hotel chain. This hotel grossly under performed.

The door to the room had to be slammed and you had to put your shoulder into it to get the door open. Cleaning staff did not come to clean our room nor did they bring clean towels. Breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30 but it ended at 9am both days.

The location is right in the middle of all the action.

Friday nights, expect to hear the music from neighboring bars until about 4am. We were on the 15th floor and could hear the bass all night. PARKING CHARGES. Be aware that for one night you will be charged for two days parking. Ours came out to $110.

The pool was fantastic, but it was a little difficult to find a place to sit or even to get in the crowded pool. We managed though and we had a great afternoon. The EV charger was a great perk!

The gym was pretty good but could use a thorough sanitary cleaning.

Customer service was awesome!

The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were not pillowing. Parking was $60 for one day. It was next to impossible to find parking so youre conveniently forced to valet. The cost did not match the experience.

Location was great and very nice rooms.

Parking charges are $50. Very high if you have to park your car.

We stay here all the time when in Austin. Just love the location

The lobby was ridiculously cold such that we couldnt enjoy the bar.. they need to do something to buffer the outside conditions from effecting the climate inside. When the staff has to where winter coats at the check in counter, thats a problem.
