- The suite that we stayed in was perfect - clean, updated and close to the beach
- The pool is awesome! Lots to do and never leave hotel. Good for families. Hotel staff was good and room was good.
- Hotel employee was the best! She helped us and was so welcoming. Thank you for an excellent experience.
Cons -
- Check in took a long time. There needs to be more staff to help guests - we waited almost 30 minutes. Also, the hotel looks pretty tired and dated in many areas (pool area, chairs, waterslide, etc). We stayed in a place that looked updated
- Food service staff was severely lacking in customer service. Every meal we had to order standing at bar. All the staff did was deliver the food and we got charged an automatic 18% tip. They were not very polite.
- 18% gratuity added, then asked for a tip! Hard sell on the timeshare.
