Great hotel in an excellent location

We waited an hour for breakfast and ended up leaving without eating … staff were pretty disorganized

Great location. Well maintained historical site. Nicely decorated and very clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The valets were very willing to help with recommendations. Jerry was extremely kind and friendly!

The breakfast at the coffee shop wasn’t very good. The waiter was extremely polite and accommodating.

The hotel was excellent. It had fantastic facilities, was spotlessly clean and the staff were beyond helpful. The gym was excellent with a great selection of equipment and a lovely pool. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation.

Really good location for what we had planned.

Room and bathroom wasn't clean with rubbished (false nails, hair and razors) on the floor. Bathroom in serious need of renovation. Very bad smell throughout the corridors.

Gorgeous Hotel, fantastic location

The location was great

When we arrived there was someones hair pasted all over the wall of our shower. I requested 3 times that it be cleaned and even gave them times that we could not be in the room. Each time the staff came outside of those time frames and never cleaned it. I also requested turn down service that never happened. extremely disappointing for the price point.

Room appeared to be in rundown condition. This hotel desperately needs renovation.

Breakfast was good I ate there two times and had an omelet. Staff was friendly and attentive.

My daughter ordered a biscuit and was not impressed with the quality.The bartender at the restaurant in the hotel was discourteous.I was also appalled at the number of homeless individuals who seemed to gravitate to the outside of the hotel. As I was returning from dinner with my daughter one night, I noticed a man leaned into a corner of the hotel frontage on Congreess Street, urinating on the building

The hotel is very welcoming and secure. The room was huge and lovely with a very comfortable king size bed. The vanity area with magnifying mirror and vanity bench seat was an unexpected but a great addition to the bathroom. Everything about the room was good. We had breakfast once in the hotel and it was well prepared with good coffee. We also had dinner in the restaurant one evening which was also wonderful and good value. The upstairs bar was also a great place to sit on the balcony in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone who worked there were very friendly and helpful.

The only negative is really more a comment. We had drinks in the bar upstairs a couple of evenings after returning to the hotel from dinner but were disappointed that they didn't stay open a bit later on the weekend. Yes, you can move to what they call the 'public' balcony but it is not the same. The bar was full the nights we were there and we were not the only ones disappointed with the early closing.
