We enjoyed the location because we could easily get to different parts of Austin by walking. The room was fine and clean. We liked that there was an ice machine and water right outside of the room by the elevators. The pool was nice and the area around the pool was kept clean. Breakfast was included with a good amount of options but the food wasn’t amazing. The front desk staff was nice and held our bags when we got there early and there wasn’t a room available yet.
It seemed to be the only hotel in the area without a bar or separate restaurant in it- they served other meals but it was part of the breakfast area. House keeping never came into our room to clean/refresh towels/change the bed/empty garbages. We had to call to get towels and ask the housekeeping staff for extra toilet paper. One of the elevators was not working and they had people there working on the elevators during the day time which was loud at different points.

1. Extra charges for parking ($70).3. The AC in the top-floor room struggled to cool effectively. 2. Accessing the car was inconvenient due to reliance on third-party valet services, even for quick retrievals.

Great location
Majority of the staff very rude, even getting room keys was hard work.Even other staff members are aware of very awkward staff.
