The location is great

The property is very damp and musty. The room was sparkly furnished ; a bed and a tiny table. There were no curtains. The bathroom was moldy and the shower had no pressure. The light in the toilet did not work.

Everything. There is not a single good thing in this hotel. Small bed, dirt everywhere, no ventilation in toilet, lamp in toilet wasnt working properly, no door to shower, no showehead in shower, ceiling had signs of rust, 0 sound isolation.. i could continue this list, but i think there is no point. My advise, dont book this hotel

Location.

Not a good experience staying here. The owner is unresponsive. Even before coming to the hotel, the hotel owner wasn't responding - i asked that he/she send me the parking location. When we came to the hotel, we figured out there is no free parking. You can only park in public parking (free only for the night). Nobody was working at the hotel, hotel owner wasn't responding.The biggest problem was that THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. when i wrote to the owner about that, he/she responded immediately - saying that the serviceman was fixing it already and that there would soon be hot water in the shower. That didn't happen. In the evening i sent another message to check if there was gonna be hot water like promised - and no response. We had to shower with cold water.the shower has no handle (the water only sprays from the ceiling). There is no hairdryer. The bathroom is really small. The toilet is even smaller - my man couldn't even close the door while he was sitting on the toilet, haha. Air conditioning is fixed - you can't control temperature on your own. The whole hotel smelled bad.

The property located in a centralised location. The room itself was clean.

When we arrived in the hotel after a tiring travel day, we found out that there was no electricity in the hotel. No one from personal warned/informed us before. When we finally got in our room in complete darkness, we figured out that there was no hot water in the shower. The cherry on the cake was a party in the neighbouring room till 4:30 am in the morning. As the walls in the hotel are super thin, we could hear everything!!! Even after reaching out two times to the hotel personnel, we didn’t get any reaction.

It was close to the port to get to Toulon

All of a sudden that most convenient location to stay overnight while travelling around South France with your family. Free parking + hotel + restaurant. Next to the seaside

A little bit noisy street

I was not very expensive. View of the harbour was good. Room was very clean.

Restaurant was closed (Sunday). Couldn't find any open nearby either. Air conditioning not working. No hair dryer. Noisy. ( Road and other guests) The whole place echoed.

Easy access to the hotel, its proximity to the port, ease of arrival, room receipt, and departure

-Not well closed windows, The room's window is not tightly closed and cold air leaks in at night in November.-The air conditioner is old, does not have a remote control, and cannot charge the heating levels.-The shower needs a barrier to prevent water from leaving its area.-Faucet of face wash basin is loose and dripping water all the time.-very cold little toilet space.

OK, for a short stay

Toilets unfortunately are not the best. Having a shower meant the whole bathroom would be flooded.You could here EVERYTHING that happened on the street from the room, and we were at second to last floor. I did not sleep well as a consequence.

Cheap, no outside noise.

Parking is free and on the free parking lot where majority of immigrants are spending their time...If you come on fancy car you better off find a payed parking lot.Wi fi signal was really week. TV size is 20 inch. AC without remote control to set the the temperature. Keep in mind hotel room is on the second floor of bar-restaurant so loud music continued untill around midnight.

Bad

An absolute disaster - the staff locks up the hotel at 21.30 making it into a ghost town and making check-in impossible. If this is how your operate, you shouldn't call yourself a HOTEL and you should put extra effort into informing your clients, loud and clear, that check in won't be possible in the evening. We managed to find another place for the night, which is perhaps for the better as this "hotel's" patio smelled like stale urine, leaving the state of their facilities open to imagination.

Location is central to the town, close to shops and ferry boat. Staff were helpful and accommodating. cleaning happened every day. Motorcycle parking besides the building. The restaurant downstairs serves some basic breakfast, and an other hotel across the port serves regular open buffet morning meals. They also invite good music bands for the weekend evenings!

Rooms are minimalistic, a bed, a bedside table and a foldable luggage holder. Since it is close to the main road, you will live the city vibes while in your room, although nights are pretty calm, it is a small town.

The hotel is in a good location close to the waterfront. The staff was accommodating, and it was possible to park on the street right by the hotel entrance.

The room is very basic though clean overall.

Comfy bed and a great shower

Apart from a rapid check-in we didn't see a single member of staff, it was like a ghost hotel! The room was freezing cold, and there was an aircon/heating unit high up on the wall, but no remote control in the room so we couldn't turn on the heating as it was too high to reach. And no staff to ask for help!
