- This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had! a man was knocking on my door at 1am and wouldn't leave. The staff didn't answer the phone after calling repeatedly, so i had to call 911. I want a refund. Me and my 5 yr old did not feel safe
- Was told my prepaid hotel room was not in system and made me pay again
- This hotel was very unprofessional I used some towels to clean washable paint of my wheelchair and they stated that I out blood on their towels ain’t even try to wash it or asked me what it was and charged me over $100 in towels like be so foreal.
