Great luxury end hotel with lots of pools and a couple of restaurants Food was excellent and the service was good as well. The desert ridge area is on the edge of Phoenix and makes a good choice for those to wish to stay a little be further out of the downtown area.
Nothing really.

Beautiful grounds and great hotel. We had 2 small children and they enjoyed simply hanging out at the pool. I wish i had some additional time to play golf but maybe next time.
It's a bit far from anything---We knew that going in so it wasn't an issue but you're not going to want to leave the resort.

The grounds of the resort were exceptional, beautiful and well kept up. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was small. The shower door cleared the toilet by 2 inches.

Beautiful place and great amenities. Pool is fabulous!
$16 house chardonnay in plastic by the pool seems ridiculous. The hotel is close to shopping, bars and restaurants and it is easy to bring in what you need if you don't want to pay the exaggerated prices.

Hotel was stunning. Room was nice and comfortable. Pools were great. We liked the planned activities for the kids. Close to Desert Ridge Marketplace.
Pools on Saturday were insanely busy. Considering that a portion of the hotel was under renovations with rooms out of service, I would have expected a bit tamer pool. Hotel must sell day passes to the locals. No 2 queens option, only doubles.

Quality of food/restaurants and location.
The first room assigned was at the end of the resort. We changed rooms and it was much better.
