Hard Rock Hotel San Diego

The room was clean and the check-in and checkout were easy

A game let out next door. Streets that GPS told me to take were all blocked off. It took me over 30 minutes to get from across the street to the valet. I ended up having to call the hotel and ask how to get to the valet with all the street closures.

The hotel is near restaurants didn’t have to walk far.

The day of arrival there was a baseball game had to end up paying 70$ for valet parking because the hotel does not offer self parking. The parking structure across the street was also not allowing hotel parking due to the game. It was a hassle.

Location, memorabilia, vibe

Very loud music outside when trying to sleep even into late hours. The placard on the back of the door says checkout is 12 but they insisted it is 11 and would not honor 12.

Perfect location. Walkable to the stadium and Gaslamp district. Our room was clean and staff was great.

Valet parking is $70 that's kind of high but worth it.

The Hard Rock Hotel employees I engaged with were all curtious and professional. The hotel was very clean and well kept. I have no complaints.

The entrance is nice. Parking structure close by.

The rooms did not look like they were advertised. Dusty. Old. Beds uncomfortable. Pillows smell gross.

It was very clean and had a wonderful scent through out the building.

There are not enough outlets and USB ports in the bedroom area. In todays world there too many things Albany need charged and usually need to be close by. The charging strip in the front room area is nice but too far away.

The room. It was comfortable , clean and had a great view. Early check in option was a plus. Staff was courteous and accommodating.

Overpriced. Water is $11 in the room No complementary waters. Cleaning staff starts banging on the door at 8 am.

Not the hotel, the weather

I truly enjoyed the location of the hotel but also the experience that the hotel provided not only to the guests but anyone walking into its doors.

No, there was nothing that I didn¿t like about the hotel.

We loved the hotel very much. It's our favorite.

We did not like that we had no cold water. We had to shower and brush our teeth with really. My girl was not happy about that.
