The location, the size of the room, the comfortable bed , the comfort in general, the design, very good breafast à la carte.

Location excellent. Modern and clean with generally great staff.

It was old and showing its age. In my room the desk chair was broken and had to be replaced, a recessed light fixture was falling out of the ceiling. And the bathroom mirror was cracked

Room was well-appointed, bed and pillows comfortable, complimentary water, clean, nice amenities, the hotel smells good. Location was perfect, walking distance to the best stores and restaurants. Staff polite and attentive. I cannot comment on the restaurant because we didn't try it.

I would consider including slippers in the amenities. Also, it says on Booking that a 125 usd damage deposit will be charged and returned. But I was charged 250 (i stayed 2 days, so i am not sure if this is a daily charge, so be aware of that).

The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was very attentive.

The addition of a Spa would be a nice enhancement to the facility. Also, I was surprised there was no pool, but I wouldn't have used it.

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable, beautiful hotel in a fantastic location.

The bed was very uncomfortable, no water in the room, no slippers- the room did not have the amenities expected from a 5 star hotel.

The location was nice as it was a quiet area that did not have a lot of traffic. Also, the breakfast that was included was good. My room was cleaned well every day.

The hotel is excellent!

All the staff I dealt with from valet, reception, and porter were very welcoming and helpful. All exceptionally professional. Housekeeping went the extra mile to arrange my belongings and make my stay comfortable...felt personally taken care of. The location is fantastic. This is my second stay there.
