Proximity to my training location. Front desk staff very accommodating when I needed to change rooms (first room smelled of cigarette smoke).
I know that restaurant is separate from hotel but there were no available breakfast items available the day. Perhaps not advertise that breakfast is available.

The location
The room smells of mold. Not enough towels, under staffed when I went to the lobby to ask a question. There was only one person working the check in and a line of ten guests trying to check in
