the location The room is small, but good for a little weekend trip to the beach. The location is amazing. The only issue I had was the people in the room next to us did not have a bench outside their room so in the early hours of the morning they was in and out of their room (with a door squeaking loud) and would come sit outside my room on the bench and smoke. Pretty annoying but what can I do. Also the only other thing I am not really ok with the price gouging. I stayed 2 days for $165.10 which is great price. in 2 weeks for Country calling the prices was raised up and I looked for next September and it is even more crazy. I thought the local mayor was going to stop the price raises like this. Overall the hotel was great. Thank You

Love this hotel!! Rooms are always clean. We love to sit on the upper porch in the evenings and people watch. Perfect location!!

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was excellent! I liked that they came around the next day and asked if we needed anything. Room was on the small side and no chair to sit but it served its purpose.

The staff were so kind and so nice to talk to they really go above and beyond to help guests . They understand good customer service. The location is the best if you like the beach and boardwalk especially being that the tram is no longer in service. It’s very convenient walking distance to everything we wanted to enjoy. The rooms were very clean. The shower was nice too and the air conditioning worked great. The pool was also very nice and clean and enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again soon. Parking is tight but we parked and just walked everywhere. We brought a folding chair with us for the room and it came in handy as there isn’t any in the room. Thanks Madison Beach!
WiFi a little weak and parking lot needs repaired but not a huge deal.
