    It was better than expected!
    a la carte lunch at the Italian restaurant was available without booking. it was lovely.
    there wasn't much to do when it rained. If there was a hot tub it would be superb.

    Lovely hotel plenty of staff all very pleasant. Very clean & tidy. Good food & drinks. Restaurant & bar staff all very friendly worked hard and efficient. Lovely bar area & newer build areas very nice.
    On arrival the first room we were offered was very small & did not feel we had been given what I had booked & pre paid for so 1st impressions were very low…… This was sorted out Some areas looked very old worn & tired ready for a refurbishment especially the International Self Service restaurant. Very worn banquet style seating & lacking in atmosphere & any feeling of occasion which I do not expect or like in an All Inclusive 5*hotel could have been sat in a McDonald’s. The food was very good so the kitchen staff & restaurant staff were very friendly & worked hard to make all guests feel welcome.
