One of the restaurants was closed.

Loved the spa and the breakfast.

They didn’t respond to help me with my bags at check out

The only thing i liked is the location it near all the famos area

The place need to be renovated its over used and smelly somedays i was smelling people are smoking weed and i am asthmatic at night i would suffer from the smell

The price of food waz high especially the room service there were a lot of service charges

Four Seasons Nile Plaza is one of the top hotels in Cairo.I have almost stayed in this hotel every time I visit Egypt except for once or twice That staff, ambience, food, quality of service and hospitality are excellentThe hotel is located in the middle of everywhere, yet so quite, relaxing and rewarding

Best hotel in cairo, i would like to thanks Mr. Ameer for his efforts to make my stay amaizing and I will come definetly again and again.

The price it high during the while year

The location is absolutely perfect with an amazing view of the Nile. The room design and recent remodeling were very nice, modern, and extremely clean. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The food at their restaurant was amazing and truly a great experience. Overall, the atmosphere felt exceptional and outstanding.

Nothing really to point out. Everything was just as expected from the Four Seasons brand.

Food are expensive

Location (and definitely the Nile View), room is very big and staff are very helpful.

Pools are not that big.

Loved everything about our stay at the Four Seasons at Nile Plaza. Room was beautiful and spacious, the restaurants were wonderful and it was beautifully air conditioned.

The friendly staff, very respectful and decent. Excellent service. Special thanks to Moataz at the reception.One of the best hotels I stayed at in Cairo, actually it is the best. Everything was spot on. I loved the renovated rooms, very comfortable and clean

The staff are very nice and professional. They go out of their way to keep you happy.

I liked everything, especially the Lebanese restaurant on the 5th floor.

Time to renovate the hotel. Since it open I only stay the but it’s been over 20 years old decoration and furniture.

No special disk at registration and check out for suitroom customers.No dedicated lounge for suit room customers nor meeting areas for btreskfast or meeting friends.

The room layout, the room view and the staff being helpful

That I requested early check-in several times. But had to wait from 10am till 3pm to get our room keys. To be fair that is their check-in time, but that is the only thing I didnt like
