- Very nice hotel for a pleasant stay. In the middle of Stainz with everything on walking distance and a nice view on the Schloss. The room and equipment is very clean and tidy, no sound from outside, and fitted with good materials and furniture. The personel is very friendly and helpfull and breakfast... is delicious! Nice to start a day with such an experience. It has a lot services and facilitys to use if you would like to. I didn't use wifi, so I can't judge that.

Cons -
- Maybe the curtains would be covering the window a bit more so it prevents light from coming in. The jet of the show turns to the right automatically which causes a wet floor outside the showercabin. In person I like a bit more firm cushion on the bed and the sheet might be a bit larger. But these remarks are just really tiny.
- Reception closes at 15:00 on weekend and around 19:00 on weekdays (despite published hours till 20:45 everyday). When the reception is closed the gym (fitness center) and sauna are also closed. So, while we chose this hotel because of the fitness facilities when we arrived on Sunday (at 16:00) it was already closed and when we returned back from our sightseeing tour on Monday (19:30) it was closed once again. In short we haven't used even once the main facility for which we chose this hotel. In addition when the reception is closed there is no one to talk to if one needs anything (e.g. we needed extra toilet paper) and they even take away even the most basic things such as the flavored water jar at the reception. This hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel but feels more like an Airbnb rental with breakfast facilities. Besides that some of the staff was very rude. While the lady at breakfast was very nice and welcoming, the male waiter was very rude and even complained that we used too many napkins (seriously?). Overall, we were extremely disappointed with this hotel
