This luxury all-inclusive resort and spa is set on Playa Conchal Beach in Costa Rica's North-Pacific Riviera, 15 minutes' drive from Tamarindo Beach. It offers a gym, tennis courts, outdoor pool and spa. Spacious, air-conditioned rooms and suites have a balcony and seating area with flat-screen cable TV. There is a mini-bar and coffee maker, and the private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. The property's all-inclusive package ensures a carefree stay, featuring an in-room coffee maker to 24-hour room service and a refreshment station stocked daily with soft drinks, bottled juices, water, and beer. Please note additional refills are available for a fee. The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa has a selection of bars and restaurants, serving continental, Latin American, Asian and Italian cuisine. Room service is available. - The staff¿s friendliness and attentiveness to us was fantastic. Additionally, the food at each restaurant was excellent.
- The staff was fantastic. Everyone saw to it that all our needs were met or exceeded.
- It was a amazingly packed with wildlife. We were waken by howling monkeys in the morning, bird songs and butterflies. Enjoyed everything despite limitations due to Covid. Room service was a blessing and social distancing was never a problem. Good eats!
Cons -
- The slow service¿often, it would take 10-15 minutes to get drink refills (even water). This would occur when there were not many people in the restaurant and plenty of workers would be around. Seemed like delivery of food/drinks could be more efficient.
- I know the iguanas love there too but¿ YUCK!
- The drinks could be a bit stronger and having fresh fruit would have put them up a notch. Typical pool drinks you find at most AI places. Good pina coladaâ≢s but you needed to have bartender add rum on top. Our fridge never was restocked, helpful if do
