    Beautiful old style safari lodge
We love our stay, the lodge is perfectly located inside the game park where you can see the animals as you drive in and as they are wandering off into the premises. The staff are super nice and the food was amazing. Take the time to let them know in advance that you do want to have dinner in the lodge, it's worth it. Trust me!

    Passable
    The location
We were in a family room. There were no lights in the room except small bedside lights, which means you can’t even read. No outside chairs to enjoy the view. No one at reception to greet you and no sign to say where the reception desk even is. We had to call and call before someone came. Staff seem very confused all the time. Dinner was extra, which is expected but for the price it was not worth it. The food was not good. The chops were all fat. We tried to get hold of the manager several times with no luck. For the price you would expect at least 1 or 2 game drives included but these were extra and very expensive. I am not sure what warrants the price of over R2000 a room per day
