The biggest of its kind on the Southern Cape, The Baroness Luxury Safari Lodge is only a 30-minute drive from Plettenberg Bay. It offers safari-style accommodations along South Africa's famous Garden Route. Built from local stone, Baroness Game Lodge offers rooms with views of the reserve's wildlife and the Tsitsikamma Mountains in the distance. All are spaciously laid out and open out onto the picturesque gardens. Each room is uniquely decorated with colorful antiques and large chandeliers. Guests can relax in the romantic 4-poster bed or read a book on the leather sofa. Animal skins and polished, wooden floors complete the picture.
