Location of the hotel was convenient to the bus stop

I did not realize there was no air conditioning in the hotel at all it was above a very busy restaurant and we had the balcony window where you could hear them up until 10 to 11pm eating out there. The room was very dated and all in all just weird

Comfortable large room and the hosts were willing to keep some bags for us while we hiked in the Dolomites.

Loved the location, balcony, and staff! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the shared bathroom was very clean! We would recommend staying here!! The staff was so helpful. My only reason for not rating a 10 would be the air conditioner did not cool enough to my liking, but I bet others would think it is cool enough.

Good location and good enough room for exploring Venice. I felt safe and comfortable enough. Many aspects of Venice are overpriced in my opinion. This place is a good enough option to keep costs down.

The property is located in a locals district so nothing is really close except a few restaurants.

The WiFi does not work in the rooms and the staff is not very welcoming.

Great location with a large room.The shared bathroom was good too.Quieter area but just round the corner is lots of restaurants and shops.

The restaurant downstairs was quite loud until 12pm due to a function that we weren’t aware of. That was only one of the nights.

Helpful staff, clean room and a very nice cleaning lady Effortless check in and check out. Cheap breakfast but basic- cereal, yoghurt and some buns with jam or honey as well as few pastries. Room cleaned daily and towels/ toiletries available at no extra cost. There was an option to leave the luggage with them after check out but we did not need to. We really enjoyed our stay as the location was great yet so calm and peaceful.

A kettle and some mugs would be very helpful especially when traveling with kids. WiFi could be better.

Good location, close to the downtown but in a quiet area. Clear instructions how to check in since we arrived during the lunchtime. Clean, warm and lovely room. Changing towels every day. Nice breakfast. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and a supermarket as well.

Nice budget hotel, clean and comfortable. Perfect location in a quiet area 15 minutes walk from Piazzale Roma and 20 minutes from San Marco.

Thin walls

spacious room, big double bed, clean, good shower, very good price. very silent and peaceful area, yet close to Campo Santa Margherita, where many locals go out in the evenings.

after showering or having the tap on for some minutes, a repetitive noise kept coming from the sink for about 30-60 minutes. Not a big thing, but it did get a bit annoying at times.We were there in February, i can't say the room was cold, but we wished it was a bit warmer.

Location could not be better, central yet very quiet and walking distance to pretty much everywhere in Venice. A lovely old style, quaint, basic, no frills but very clean hotel, which suited us perfectly.

Mattress old and too soft, shower not always offering hot water and shower head could do with an upgrade.

The location was great, very quiet area with the same charm of the canals, great to explore and enjoy Venice without the overcrowded tourism and nice walking distance to the main attractions with the chance of getting lost in the streets of Venice and discover more the city. Our room had a terrace with views to the canals which could be great in warmer months. The Room was spacious and warm, we had more pillows and blankets, there was some shampoo in the bathroom and everything was clean.

I didn't like that the wifi didn't reach to our room in the second floor. After I asked I was adviced to use the wifi downstairs in the first floor which it's a solution but I would invest in a wifi amplifier for the future. The room decor was a bit old.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were there during the winter and it was very quiet. The room was big enough for the three of us and we enjoyed the location, close to some nice bakeries and restaurants, as well as the Grand Canal.

We felt that the beds were not that comfortable, but that could be subjective.

Location is very good - quite calm part of Venice and not far from main streets. Room was clean and large enough, as expected. Overall - excellent apartment with Venetian charm :)

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room though. Breakfast could have been better.

Traditional Venetian house which I liked but needs an update. The small thin bedside rugs were a nuisance constantly bunching up.

Very clean, staff was nice and replied quickly to messages, easy to get it. Room was warm and we had an upgrade, we had a balcony that was a nice touch.

In the morning you hear a lot of noise from the stairs and the cleaning ladies. No sound isolation inside the apartment.
