Cancun Bay All Inclusive Hotel

The food was really really good. I ended up having 3-4 plates every meal and I usually don't eat much. Reasonably priced.

Nothing too serious, there was a staff who wasn't so helpful. Bed sheet had red spots(tomato sauce?). It is a small resort so things are very limited. Ocean view room was a bit loud as there were some parties at the pool?

The location was perfect the staff was amazing very helpful and accommodating.

We did have some plumbing issues towrds the end but it was addressed when informed to staff.

Beds hard squeaky , no hot water , smelled your sewer .. Room dirty , towels very dingy No did not like .?

We appreciated the simplicity at the end of our stay.

The rooms were small. They don?t have a mini bar or anything as mentioned. The buffet is very small and has the same food everyday and will not let you take food. They charge for everything! Communication with the hotel sucks, they don?t answer calls.

A lot of mold in the room . The smell was mold and mildew .

The room is smaller. The staff did not declare what the dinner reservations should be made, no one told us until we explore it.

I didn’t like the beds, and the food was not good

I like that this place feels like an exclusive resort with fewer rooms which means fewer people. I don’t like crowd too much especially in the swimming pool or the pool bar. The masseurs were well experienced and our back pains actually gone now. Majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. The performance of the entertainers (Michael Jackson tribute) was outstanding. I felt like i was watching MJ for real!

The food is not that good, especially the pasta and pizza, but they are not in Italy… so it is forgivable. I like the Mexican hot chocolate and pastries. I am a fan of good food so most of the time, i am hard to please with my culinary standards.

How friendly and how clean the place was. The bartenders were amazing. Specially Cesar he was amazing, would love to come back and he still be there.

I was given the wrong room 3 times.The first room they gave us had luggage and personal items so we ran out, yet we had to wait in line to get another room. We had booked a 2 queen beds instead we got a king room so we were switched again to another room and for a third time we were again given a one bedroom room at this point I was pretty mad to waist my time going from room to room instead of enjoying the beach, it took so long to finally have a room that we ended up up missing the buffet . They didn’t even bother to say sorry.The beach is terrible
