My sister and I absolutely loved the staff. They were wonderful! Room was great! We very much enjoyed our breakfast that we had and it was a good location for walking around.

Water pressure in shower could have been a little better but it was fine all the same.

Breakfast was great. Staff went above and beyond to wait for us to check in late when our plane was late. He stayed till almost midnight for us

The place was hard to find. The address given was not correct. I am not sure who to blame, the hotel or booking.com. All it said was Wentworth Street, Portree, no door number anything. booking.com is not going to be in my favorites list any more as I did not have a great experience with them alone this time.

The staff was very good. The person who greeted us knew the place very well and helped us go to all the places in a short time but cover everythiing.

Excellent location in the very city center, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Simple but confortable room. Good breakfast

The breakfast far exceeded my expectations! The staff was exceptional at providing this service.

The room was exceptionally warm. We packed our own fan, but had we not, the heat would have been unmanageable.

The room was very clean and well set out. The bed and pillows were very very comfortable! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having parking directly behind the hotel was great. The breakfast was very tasty and they had a lot of variety.

Modern room and bathroom looking fresh and spacious. Big screen tv. Friendly host. Excellent breakfast. Parking and access at the back very convenient.

Breakfast was great, facilities and location were great. The parking was a little tricky to find but their directions were helpful.

Very cute with lots of character. Comfortable beds and showers. Nice breakfast included with snacks to bring with you for your day.

Thomas at the front desk was a great guy, very kind & helpful.the location is right i. the middle of the smalll town so everything is walkable. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless

While visiting portree DO NOT visit “Taste of India” right down the street from this hotel, it’s a tourist trap. I was suggested to go there by a local bartender who I am assuming makes commission off tellling tourists to go there. This has nothing to do with the Hotel we stayed at but i’m assuming a lot of people stay at this hotel and accidentally go there since it’s so close.

Very good location. Good cleanliness and comfortable beds. There is no lift for luggage.

Very nice owner Thomas, he helped us with a lot of patience, room adequate and clean and comfy, new restroom, very clean, beds are very well equipped, helpful and friendly stuff. The owners do this business with heart and as guest you can feel that.

Actually nothing, maybe the breakfast could have some more fruits. And the shower a little more pressure, but this is cosmetic and doesn't influence on the great stay you will have there

The owner, Thomas, and his family were amazing. Location was great, breakfast was too! Bed was super comfortable. I would 1000% stay here again.

My stay was okay overall. The room was clean, but everything felt a bit old and worn. The bed was aged and not the most comfortable. It served its purpose for a night, but the place could definitely use some updates.

The staff was nice, the room was nice, the location was right in the heart of it all. The breakfast was also quite good.

Our neighbors were quite loud. Which is not the fault of the hotel, but it just dampened our experience slightly.

The staff was very helpful- one gentleman showed me how to get to the parking lot. There was a team of three managing breakfast, which was phenomenal. We loved this hotel and will come back here if/when we return to the Isle of Skye.
