- Didn't wake in time for breakfast
- The entire staff is amazing!! So polite and helpful with an amazing attitude!! The air conditioning is ice cold as well which is a huge plus.. I have stayed at all surrounding hotels and this one is exceptional!! I wont lodge anywhere else when Im visiting Alexandria ?

Dirty room

The staff member that served us breakfast was exceptional. She answered all of our questions and was very willing to assist with any extra requests. Also, the staff members at the check in/out desk very helpful as well. Location was convenient for dining choices and getting back on the road for travel.
The physical condition of the facility was not up to Marriott standards. Front door was loud, seemed to be off the hinges. The thermostat in the room was not functional, could not read digital temp., either on or off. The tub drain cover seemed to be broken, in two pieces.
