Gym need to be imrpove

The breakfast is outstanding with European and Asian choice. The pool is nice and having a private is good but no comfy chairs to sit on the beach and the beach is dirty.

This is NOT a 5* hotel, it’s run down. The rooms need a desperate upgrade, the beds are rock solid hard and the bathroom is old and dirty. They are doing construction in the lobby which makes it dusty.

Pool bar stools were too high out of the pool. Should be lower with no steps

Pool is good. Room is very big, beautiful and clean.

Beach is not clean.

Location is 10 min walk from Sanctuary of Truth and close to the beach.

Very old and dated property. Construction work by the pool ruins the supposed “sea view”. Walls in rooms are paper thin so heard people come in and out for their rooms at night and shouting in the hallway. Not ideal for families, not really comfortable for families.

Facilities and breakfast were good, room was loveley

We couldn't use the beach due to major construction, this should have been advised at the time of booking

There was some construction, that was a bit noisy, but the hotel kindly informs you in their pictures before you book!

Breakfast adequate

Shuttle bus advertised but did not exist. No second pool or private beach as advertised The beachfront area is currently a building site with 20 plus workers and all the associated mess and noise. My seaview consisted mostly of the building site.

The room size was good, clean. The lobby area and the main pool are nice to hang out.

There aren’t 2 pools. One is under construction. The pictures and descriptions on the website did not indicate this. The beach is not a beach. It’s about 2ft of sand. And it’s not the nicest. Once again the description on the website does not reflect this adequately. We didn’t have breakfast included. So paid for it for 1 day. It wasn’t worth the money. It was cold and sorry to say of not very good quality.

The ambiance of the hotel is very nice, staff are kind and accommodating, they upgraded us to a family room which i didn't expect, we have a great view in our ocean view room

The pool was looking directly at the ocean.

The sea view rooms are not directly facing at the ocean. It’s angle so you have to really look out your balcony leap over the rail just to glance at the ocean. The bed and pillows are not my favorite, kinda hard to sleep on.

i think it’s time to update the rooms and bathroom it’s getting really old and tired .. the wall of the hall not clean need to be paint .. need a maintenance

Swim out room big and relaxing. Breakfast was good. View was amazing. Bathroom clean. Any requests were met with a smile. Peaceful environment away from city. Taxis easy to get. Safe and secure hotel. Bar at Pool always staffed.

Had a nice stay as the view is breathtaking, but many things untidy or run down. Wouldn't take much to fix and would be better use of ample staff standing around. Never saw anyone doing normal maintaining of property. Just painting and renovating.Beds are lovely and big but hard ...and the safe wasn't fastened down.Maybe giving free access to sanctuary of truth...would be a draw card for guests, and other hotels do free icecream for kids ....being it is far from town and older.

I stayed mainly to get some sea easily from Bangkok for a couple of days. The Premium Deluxe room has amazing views all across Pattaya Bay with floor to ceiling windows, and so beautiful and relaxing. My room had a full view of Sanctuary of Truth also. At night there are squid fishermen in the bay who use green light. It was also very quiet as not facing the pool. I couldn’t find a hotel with better sea views this close to Bangkok. I didn’t use the facilities much but the breakfast was fine if unexciting. It caters mainly to Chinese tourists.

I thought my room was really good value. I wouldn’t however book a room that faced the pool.

everything just ok. hotel now start looking old and tired and in need of a spruce up and some renovations.

I booked a sea view room and on arrival I was advised by the reception staff that sea-view is ment to be 45 degrees only!!the music round the pool is very much in the hand of a DJ who does not necessarily take into account that guests may enjoy also some quiet moments.

the room with pool access was very good, views out to sea superb.

the walkway down to our room was dated and looked worn out, on booking in was never told where the breakfast room was if we wanted to eat, even though the hotel reception was not busy no upsell was offered by reception staff. we was not even told about building works being carried out, at bit disappointing, the bath tub drain was not working so we never used this option.

The concierge was great, staff helpful.

Tired, location. It’s a bit of a walk to any bars/restaurants.

Price is reasonable and also the hotel is connected to the beach.
