Divan Cave House

I talked to the receptionist about the condition of my room and she told me ?all rooms and bed in cappadocia are like this?. This was very frustrating as the bed was hard as a brick. The bathroom smelled dirty and there were ants.

Gorgeous hotel. Great location and breakfast was amazing. Rooms are huge. Showers are great. Just an overall great experience.

The lady at the front desk was not the nicest. Although the guys we dealt with were very well mannered and polite. I would book this hotel again just because of him.

The bed was basically a pallet of wood plank. The staff is generally very unprofessional to accommodate guests? requests. Parking situation is not ideal, you are not guaranteed for a spot and it is a stressful situation. If you are 40+, you will hate here

I love there is a little space outside the room where I can swing with my partners and look at the sky which is full of stars :) Everything is provided except toothbrush and tooth paste though, we had a great night.

I really enjoyed my stay at Divan Cave House. For a first-timer in Turkey, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The room had that authentic Cappadocia charm, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially loved the Turkish breakfast—great variety and a lovely way to start the morning with a local touch.

Nothing major. Just small things that didn’t affect my stay overall. Everything was comfortable and pleasant for a first visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience great was the staff. A special mention to Doaa — she was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her professionalism and kindness made my stay even more pleasant. I honestly didn’t find anything bad about the property. My stay was smooth and enjoyable.

I absolutely loved the rooftop - to me, this is the best selling point of the property (besides the staff!). The decor is tasteful and serene (I appreciated that there was no neon). Nida at the bar was fantastic, was so sweet, and even offered to take my picture when I was struggling with my camera. Doa at reception was also amazing and helped me get re-booked when my balloon trip was cancelled for weather. Breakfast was yummy, the walk to town was slightly farther (and steeper!) than I expected, but it was nice away from the main area of town.

While the rooms are architecturally beautiful being made out of rock they can be dark as the windows are either very small (<2 sq./m) or nonexistent. There was also a puppy tied up outside owned by the hotel that was well-fed, but seemed desperately lonely (he was tied up because he "kept wandering looking for love).

The attention was exceptional! Very warm and nice. Breakfast good and fresh.

The WiFi doesn’t joined automatically and we need to write the password every time.

Out of all the places I have traveled, this was the best place, it exceeded my expectations IMMENSELY. The best part was the staff, I felt like I was at home. They are so attentive and insistent on helping in anyway possible! They are hands down the most amazing staff, every individual in there. The room was super clean filled with amenities. Its in a prime location everything is so easy and close to get to! Everything was 100000/10!

Everything was PERFECT!

Great location. The terrace had amazing views of the town, balloons, and sunrise. Room was very comfortable and pretty, with a/c. Staff was super helpful. With parking space right in front of the property.

If anything, breakfast was just ok. Mezzes sitting in the buffet for a long time.

For those who have a gluten free traveler, they will know that it’s not easy for people to understand. I told the hotel my daughter was gluten free and it would have been nice if they communicated it clearly to the chef so she could prepare…

Highest point, best view. Great room, breakfast, etc. rooms are not sound proof though you are out of the hotel most the day

We stayed in two cave hotels and both were lovely. We enjoyed the room, breakfast was good, good views.

Location, free upgrade to a suit, breakfast was perfect ?

Amazing staff especial thanks to Abdullah and Burcu from reception and Elif from roof top bar. They made our stay unforgettable. The friendliness and helpful approach reminded us the legendary Turkish hospitality.

Unfortunately rooms were not as clean and taking care of as it should be . Also the breakfast items were not getting renewed after 09:30 am and you might end up with left over food.
