Please note that there is the possibility to place an extra bed against a surcharge in the following room types: Comfort Double Room, Comfort Double Room with Lake View, Special offer - Comfort Double Room. It is not possible to place an extra bed in the suites. All children from age 0-3 are charged EUR 15 per person per night for an extra bed. All children from age 4 - 12 are charged EUR 35 per person per night for an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Please note that guests can make free use of fitness facilities in the direct area of the accommodations. Please note that pets are not allowed at the property. A damage deposit of EUR 100.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on checkout via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
