- Constant upsells. Time shares. Premium food or alcohol. Room upgrades. Lots of bugs in the kitchen. Room deck wading pool was always broken. Management staff gave us empty platitudes and never followed thru on their promises or contacted us afterwards.
- Some staff were excellent and very friendly . However , service tended to be very slow and nonexistent at times . They were out of a lot of things , food wise .

The location and the beautiful views . The landscaping was maintained well .

Views, views and more views! The cliff side resort had the perfect view of the arch and downtown area. Sunsets were amazing! The food options were wonderful and very flavorful.
They need significant improvement in service. A few times it took us over an hour to get a Drink. Unless you were timeshare members, service was horrible. Also, Our room was cleaned once during our week stay and still got charged sanitation fee daily.
