The Atrium Resort, Virginia Beach by Vacatia

I liked that the hotel had a little kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, microwave, refrigerator and dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Although the room wasn’t updated in terms of decor, it was clean.

Very few TV channels available. The lobby was kind of getto but the staff was friendly

Rooms are big.

Bathtub did not hold water. There was a big blood spot on the pillow case. The toaster had burnt cheese inside. Pool was shut down for maintenance.

The hotel's location was within walking distance of many shops and activities in the area including walking distance from the beach.

The hotel was very unclean. No hot water. Faucets were falling off in the tub. The tvs did not work. The couch in the room was falling apart. The hot tub was not working. Staff were clueless, unable to answer questions or solve problems.

Hotel room was very clean and we loved having a separate living room area and bedroom. We could put the kids down and still hang out. Hotel is a short walk from the beach. Staff was friendly. Linens were decent.

Definitely can hear your neighbors. Wished we had some outdoor space like a balcony. You can also hear the bars/cars bass until the wee hours of the morning.
