Too many rules I couldn’t bring in a pizza, we were constantly held at the door, no one explained to me that it was all inclusive and I paid for it .

The staff was super accommodating helpful.. we were able to switch our Villa pretty seamlessly. The staff for very efficiently and were very detailed. The food was delicious…. My advice is to skip the all-inclusive. The drinks that are really good and made with premium alcohol and mixers are not included in the all-inclusive.

The margaritas that were included in the package were nowhere as good as the fresh margaritas that were for sale… These villas have gotten Dated. This is my second time here at five years later they have made some very cheaply done upgrades. Most notable is spray painting, the ones beautiful, rustic fixtures, silver.

The house was spacious for family and the food at property was decent

1) Property had a lot of cockroaches and we werent able to use the swimming pool and jacuzzi. despite asking staff to send to fumigate and using sprays ourselves, the cockroaches didnt go away and we had to kill 4-5 cockroaches daily2) Restaurants were mostly unavailable or overbooked3) Some staff was very rude and unhelpful with transport (Emmanuel at Sunset Beach and the driver Luis)4) Property is dated with a lot to fix in villa and furnishings seem very dated - needs a rehaul/renovation

The villas are super spacious and very nice with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Some are a little dated but well maintained with everything functional. The view from the villas is to die for. The food at Cibola was fantastic, and the other facilities at the sister resorts were wonderful! The housekeeping was excellent.

The water was not hot in the hot tub, bathtup, or shower. Some of the items around the villa pool were in need of a little touch-up. The hand rail going into the pool, and a few of the tiles were in need of some care. Please be very careful on the wet deck as it is slippery.

The location, staff, and amenities were exemplary! We were impressed with the service, the variety of food options, and the activities available on-site. This was a perfect holiday getaway with family.

We stayed in the private villas. Our only recommendation would be to have the service entrances locked for each unit.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and the Montecristo Villas are their own big oasis. Lots of restaurants and pools and activities. The property is secluded and really let’s you get away and relax and you can go to the Pueblo Bonito sister resorts Rose and Blanco that are in town and right on Medano Beach if you want more action.

Everything was great. The only downside is the beach isn’t swimmable but you can go to the Pueblo Bonito sister resorts Rose and Blanco that are in town and right on Medano Beach. They have free shuttles between the resorts every hour or you can drive and park there for free if you have a rental car.

Room service food was horrible, all inclusive was not all inclusive

the variety of Villas

I reserved to stay in a l villa closer to everything and they ended up sticking my party of 6 that also had a couple of seniors into a Villa that was completely out of the way. The villa we stayed at had a great view but it was run down and needed to be maintained during our stay. The villa was old and has a lot of issues such as a leaking ceiling and so forth. The AC was also never fixed so my Inlaw’s slept in a very hot room.

breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. the services overall was outstanding. location of the property had an amazing view very calm and relaxing. maids, concierge, shuttles, connecting resorts and amenities were the best ever.

The Villa my family and I stayed in was absolutely wonderful with an amazing view! Great restaurants, Incredible staff, especially our concierge, Raul, he went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were satisfied throughout our stay. The hospitality made me feel right at home! I will definitely come back again next year!

The place is fantastic. Great food, very clean, prime service, extremely confortable! Karen, our butler, was so attentive and did all she could to make our 25th wedding anniversary perfect.Highly recommended. We will come back for sure, many times!

The villa was amazing, beautiful and well maintained. The Staff was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. Steakhouse was great!

The wifi barely even worked. Couldn’t connect and always had an issue sending/receiving messages.

The grounds were beautiful, the villa was large. The shuttle staff was so friendly as well as the front desk.

Our villa had air conditioning leak, the pull out bed was broken. They sent a roll away bed that was also broken so thankfully we had a blow up bed that we packed. The hotel should have offered another villa but they never did.

In times of the pandemic the Montecristo villas offer the perks of an all inclusive resort without the worrisome crowds. Each villa includes large separate 3 bedroom with full bathrooms, kitchen, private pool. The hotel offers wonderful assortment of meals in its nearby marketplace or room service. Although the property it’s self is located a fair distance away from the main sister properties with the full amenities of restaurants and main pool, vacationers can opt for a golf cart to rent and jet around the property.

Our villas was in Phase 2 which was directly across the street from The Market. This was perfect for us. I would have hated to be in Phase 1 on top of the mountain and have to wait for transportation every time wanted something to eat.

I didn't appreciate the Coffee Shop workers insisting on receiving a tip just to pour a cup of coffee. They took advantage of my young sons.

transportation could have been better. we always received a prompt ride out of the villa. was a but challenging getting back.

Service took forever. Food was ok. Bottled waters were limited per order.
