Secrets St. James Montego Bay - All Inclusive - Adults only

My experience at Ocean St. James was absolutely amazing! Two bartenders, truly stood out. I’m not even a drinker, but it was the way they treated others—Clive the bellhop wonderful then to top it off the head Chef magnificent

I loved everything “Yea Man”!!!!

The food was amazing. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was awesome with perfect view. I'd definitely go back.

The spa upon my checkout.

Very great service and super comfortable

The food was bland and drinks where watered down no flavor too much ice blended

The customer service. The staff was more than amazing!

It was a little different that I had to wait in line to check out, unlike in the states where I can call to front desk, but I understand that is the process in Jamaica

All inclusive, fun times outside the room

The room was old. Paint chipped off the walls everywhere. Baseboards not clean. Jacuzzi bath tub stained. Bed lumpy. A/C worked half the time. Also the rain cause the elevator to be out of order, so walking up 5 flights of stairs for a full day not fun.

The actual food options & food quality

The staff, the speed of service and the overall mannerism.

My Butler Mad My Stay Even More Better, He Was Extremely Cool & Always Accommodated Us With Anything We Needed The Food Was Great, The Drinks Were Cool I Recommend Bring Your On Liquor.. I Recommend Staying At Secrets Resort

The party ends to early

The staff and food was unmatched.

The dress restrictions to dine in the restaurants were outrageous for an adult only resort. We were asked to cover up each time we went to eat. Breakfast lunch and dinner even by the pool.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing.

The gift shops were pretty pricey.

beautiful beach, very nice staff

WAY TOO liberal on the pot smoking, it's really too bad they didn't have a larger smoking area, or ask guests to smoke in the smoking sections. When I brought it up, they said I should move, problem is everyone you went smelled like pot, so no safe haven

The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Lots of mosquitoes in the room. gf was bitten up by mosquitoes. found a dead cockroach.

location,(not far frm airport) food, entertainment clean beach, poolside service. everything was good.. personnel very professional everyone had smiles 3rd visit

arrived at hotel early before three o'clock check in. offered to go have lunch at any restaurant. Returned a little after three told rooms were not ready. Went to desk to ask if our rooms were ready told they would be ready in fifteen minutes(never hap

location and quality of food

had to get out early for a lounge chair, not enough

Beach access, being close to the airport.

It takes a very long time to get your food at these restaurants. Cleanliness is not so great here a roach, crawled across our table while eating dinner. We stayed at the Secrets St. James side and would not recommend going back. Beautiful location..

hotel service and staff. they are above and beyond amazing. they take pride in their service. always friendly. hotel was laid out well making it easy to access everything.

maybe more midday activities would have been nice.

balcony, ocean view, all inclusive, restaurants, bars, night life.

TV went out, took awhile to replace on a rainy day.

This hotel is far from 5 stars. The drinks are not made with top shelf alcohol. The outdoor bars close at 6pm. There weren¿t any pool/beach towels left at 1pm. Check in was a disaster. I wasn¿t accommodated with the room I paid for. Very unfriendly staf

The location, the pools, and the beach

It could have been cleaner and more organized check in and dinning process

Location view amenities, right on the beach, has a gym, an overpriced spa, multiple pools to choose from. Service is usually great till you hit the front desk.

The check out process. Got charged for a spa i never used and never booked. Front desk would not do anything about it. Had me and my driver waiting about an hour for them to figure it out. Still ended up charging me. Staffa is a beautiful country but eve

Grounds beautiful. Staff wonderful.. Beach great.

FOOD - brk buffet great. Other meals terrible, not just a spoiled american talking. Problem not quality, but quantity. Surf turf said jumbo shrimp. Recd 2 shrimp size of pencil, 1.5" long. Same with italian, french, and mexican. Price def not worth it.
