The room was clean and well heated (given the winter time). Breakfast is ok, served in the hotel's restaurant. AC available but did not use it.

A lot of noise from neighboring rooms was audible, sometimes at 2-3AM, making sleep impossible. The rooms are not soundproof - other times I was lucky enough not to have occupied rooms nearby, but now the occupation was higher.

Handy for Baia Mare railway station, 10 minutes walk. Did the job.

As per other reviews, decor is tired and needs a refresh. Mattress wasn’t great. Breakfast is extensive but was lukewarm immediately upon opening- it had clearly been placed out too early.

Damaged furniture - signs of burnings from cigarettes all around - leftovers from the time smoking was allowed in the room.

Near the center, clean room, big comfy bed, very good communication with hotel employees.

With the amazing food they are offering the hotel should have a full board option as well.

The food was excellent, good value, private parking, central location. Overall a great experience. We are definitely going to come back.

The staff was friendly and amazing.

The building is aparantly under renovation. The radiator was leaking.The next day we moved to another room. There wasn't any hot water, just almost warm water.

The reception was extraordinary! We had problems that three different receptionists solved with smiles! Excellent food was unexpected plus!

Absolutely nothing could have been better and we are often petty!

A good room 1.5km from the city centre, on a main boulevard. Internet wifi connection available, good breakfast (with not so many options though). The hotel has its own parking.

Swimming pool was closed. The hotel was almost empty, it feeled like they want to close it.It would need refurbishing.

We tried to call the hotel but no one answered. They answered on Booking in the end.The hotel needs some maintenance and it is quite far from city centre.

the toilet seat was all scratched, the toilet brush was dirty, the shower floor had stains, the surroundings of the shower were full of rust and there were also remains from shaving blade package. The liquid soap was mixed with water, the room walls were dirty.Conclusion: room and the bathroom were not clean at all.
