Great breakfast, pool and staff

I booked a reservation for two rooms and couldn't even be put on the same floor

Full breakfast and room was clean and we’ll appointed frig and microwave

Yes there was no trash bags in my room . Also there was no trash cans on the floor that I was on . Big inconvenience had to go down stairs in the middle of the night to throw away my good trash .

Hotel was in a convenient location

The staff were unfriendly and borderline rude. There were small issues with the room.

Location was good.

The elevators and entire second floor, including our room, reeked of skunk weed! Local workers were constantly in and out having smoked the stinking crap!! The smell was sickening. We finally just got up and left at 1 am. Couldn't sleep for the smell.

Truck with trailer parking was good. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The hot breakfast was a joke. Powered eggs, stale donuts, and luke warm weak coffee.

The front desk person was rude and sarcastic, called my husband stupid and kicked us out of the hotel. Paid and didn?t get to stay. Don?t get our money back and had to pay for another hotel

Breakfast was ok, could use more variety

Wanted a pool for the grandbabies to play in. Instead, got an empty pool and front room attendants with attitudes. Won't stay again.

We were put in a dirty room. The staff were rude and wanting to do their job

Had to change room twice to find a tv that worked after check-in.

The hotel smell fresh when we walked in the door. The halls and room smell fresh, also. The breakfast was great. They had sausage, eggs, bread for toast and pancakes. The orange juice was sweet and so good.

Pool was closed, and this was the entire reason we went as we are local. Breakfast has gone down hill no more waffle machine, the pancakes are hard and not good, eggs had an awful type of after taste.

Barking dogs in room next to me. Staff told me I could move but there was nothing they could do about the dogs.

Hotel furniture needs updating or a deep cleaning. Room carpet needs a really good cleaning or replacement.

Cleanliness was great. Breakfast was amazing.

Reported to staff that the 2 chairs in our room needed to be replaced. Padding and cushioning were used up. Rest of the room was fine.
