It was a nice hotel.
Not all staff members were friendly or welcoming. I was approached by a female worker on the first floor on my second night's stay, and she stopped my daughter and I from going on the elevator to ask what floor we were going to. I told her the 9th floor, and this is our second night staying, and we have a key. It was not a problem in asking. I was just uncomfortable because there were other guest walking through the lobby, and she did not stop them. The valet guys were friendlier.

Close to airport and cruise terminal. Walkable, restaurants on site very good. Awesome rooftop bar. Complementary breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Great price

Common areas, bar, lounge and pool. Staff seemed nice.
Cheap linoleum floor that was loose, lights not working, range hood missing filters, noisy plumbing, next to no insulation to adjourn room - could hear them on the phone. Stupid, undisclosed $25 destination fee that is not optional, sneaky.

I didn’t like anything about my stay at this hotel, the rooms are dusty and the staff members have poor integrity, I would not recommend this hotel
Please don’t book this hotel, the staff members at the check in have poor integrity and will charge your card for incorrect transactions and will say you are lying when you dispute the amount, still waiting for cameras to be reviewed showing my method of payment was accurate and they shouldn’t have charged my card again

The Roof top Pool, Bar and staff were all amazing. The room view, the Lobby and breakfast were also incredible. We were very surprised and impressed with the quality of this hotel. It is a great deal for the money even has free shuttle.
No Complaints Truly an awesome experience would recommend.
