Spark by Hilton Rock Hill

Pros +

• The hot breakfast.
• The people who worked there very friendly and helpful
• The staff from the front desk to the kitchen staff were wonderful. The bathroom and bed appeared very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Cons -

• I asked for two green bed I got two full bed
• The hotel looked like it was under renovation or had been hit by a bomb. The pool, although off season, looked liked Nessie could be hiding in its depths.
• The General Manager was very rude, unprofessional with a very nast disposition. My flight from Charlotte was delayed due to Hurricane Debbie, Abd I asked for a late Check Out. And she said she had to charge me $70:00. Or only could give me 30 more minute
